Oh my goodness so glad I found this little spot for açai bowls. I soon as my husband & I walk in the door we were greeted and helped right away being that it was our first time the associate did ask us if we had been there before and being our first time she had no problem with explaining basically everything and what we could get. I love that you're able to get more than one base and unlimited with the fruit/honey or a agrave/dry fruit etc . It all tasted to be so fresh. I just feel so healthy after eating these. I got small which was so much . Associate that work there were super sweet and helpful with great customer service as well. They also have rewards so you get points every time you purchase with them either online for pick up or in person. I definitely will be here every morning every day of the week lol
I have to say 5 STARS!!! Me and a bunch of skateboarders wanted some acai so we had to check this place out! Anthony was AMAZING! Super fast service and a smile the whole time even though he was super busy and alone! Nothing but great things to say about this place! And whoever owns this place, great job hiring anthony he is a keeper for sure! ???
Ive never experienced such geniune customer service! The wonderful girl working at Ann location went above & beyond to make sure i had a great experience! At one point i had 8 sample spoons of her recomendations. She was very patient & honestly represented the company with such care you'd think she was the owner. Oh & the product is excellent! Really, really good! My new addiction!

Before I even opened my smoothie bowl I found so many hairs in my food at the bottom of the bowl so I know it wasn’t mine. I’m so mad because this place is expensive. When I called them and told them the lady was having an attitude with me and I was actually being nice. I noticed in the reviews that multiple people reported hairs in there food now that’s disgusting. I will be calling corporate on this place they should be given a grade F. I’m so disgusted. The people working need to wear hairnets and need to have better customer service. The ghetto lady on the phone told me that her Manager would text me but he has not. And why would a manger text me? And manager should speak to me on the phone. Overall it’s clear that hair has been found in a lot of peoples food. I’m never going back to this place… poor management and ghetto workers. It was probably the lady’s hair I was talking to on the phone that’s nasty. DONT GO HERE PEOPLE!!!!!!
