Great value, delicious food. Chicken was a bit charred but still very tasty. I wish they'd switch to paper bowls rather than plastic, I'd be going here on regular basis.
Utterly Disgusting. They didn't care about the quality of the food. Nothing was hot. Birria meat was hard and greasy AF. I barfed in the bathroom. Someone needs to supervise. At all times. Very disappointing
The food is always delicious, pricing is fair and customer service isn't bad at all. I'd definitely recommend this place and will surely continue to dine here.
Food was good ? but plastic bag was ripped, they shouldn't have put too much food inside bags, should have put salsa in different bag.
I. Like E Pollo Loco ? They have some good Pollo bowls.which I enjoy very much.for instant, Rice beans, lettuce pico, chickensour cream, ? slices ect.

Seems like their stopping cars at the speaker in drive thru to make better order times which makes a longer line to order and makes each order wayy slowerr. Its ridiculous to sit in a line for 10 min to order when there were only 2 cars in front of you. You can do so much better!
Just had my son pick up our food from this store I ordered the double chicken tostada salad. I have to say I got one bite of chicken that was edible the other 3 peices tasted like 10 day old rotten Jerky. The staff was rude, slow, and showed that they just don't care about customer service or the fact that they are supposed to put edible chicken in your order. I would avoid this place like the covid-19 pandemic. Absolutely wasted my money.
The last several times I have gone through the drive through, they have screwed up the side orders. They do not listen. They repeat the same questions because they did not listen the first time and still get it wrong. For instance, I have ordered mac and cheese every time and gotten mashed potatoes and gravy every time. I ordered a small salad and the give me (and charge me) for a large. I try to clarify the order when I get to the window and they brush me off. I don’t have time to sit in the drive through to make sure it is correct so I get to find out when I get home, when it is too late. Their only saving grace is that they have the best chicken.
