Wow. Manager of the store is owners son, he had his ear buds in when I placed my order if chocolate banana shake. Said can’t do that. Can only add banana as a toppings but not mixed in. ?? I explained how you make a shake. Nope can only be topping for banana, mother/ owner came out said it was in my delivery. Maybe he didn’t understand what you where asking? Wow when is a paying customer accused of not ordering a shake wrong? I was a long time customer NOT ever again. Please let everyone you know Dillons ice cream doesn’t need incorrect customers. I will be doing the same.
Absolutely delicious ice cream with quality toppings and a very fair price. Our new favorite!
Open at 2 pm we arrived at 2:20 and it was closed. The person was inside and he didn't even go to say now let's open, he didn't smile at all, he just looked at us and continued with what he was doing. We waited 5 minutes outside with my children and he would not have said anything to us. Very bad customer service.
Nice workers. Didnt seem bothered and had the best patience as i couldnt decide which flavour to pick.
Misleading. Not.a family homemade ice cream shop. It’s a thrifty’s Ice cream which is available at most convenience stores
