The rep taking orders at walk up window 03/10 between 7:30-8 am is rude and unprofessional. As most of us know there is a wait time everywhere you go so I patiently waited in my vehicle as it was windy and cold. I saw the other clients get their order therefor I approached the waiting area. As I waited she yelled to the ladies in Drive up if my drink was ready because “ she keeps staring at me and has asked twice about her drink and I told her there was one in front of her “ . Never asked the status of my drink and I was staring because where else would I be looking if not observing the lack of sense of urgency.A thank you for waiting or sorry for delay goes a long way
We are huge dutch bros fans and we decided to try this location . If you want to go somewhere where they put the guest first don't come here. I was left very unsatisfied due to the poor customer service. If I was able to put no stars I would. I even addressed the issue and there was no change in their attitude they couldn't even fake some type of sincerity towards my family and I. After the fact, I noticed my drink didn't taste what I had asked for, I asked for a kicker with a soft top and my son ordered a small kicker and his drink was way lighter than my drink where mine tasted so chocolaty
The employees there are the absolute best!! Always have fun conversations with us. Also the coffee, and tea were made so well!! And so fast. This place is awesome.
Staff was not really friendly unless you were one of their friends. Coffee taste nothing like the drink I ordered ( peppermint twist) it tasted like burnt almonds -Gross ?
Not only is the coffee good the entire experience is amazing! I just recently moved to the West coast and had never heard of Dutch bros. Figured I would give it a shot. THEE BEST! I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH. THEY ARE THE CHIC FIL A OF COFFEE SHOPS IN REGARDS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT IS WORTH THE WAIT!! the only bad thing about this particular location is 3 lanes merging to one...in a perfect world it works, however I've learned vegas drivers are....nvm, lol. Anyways this place was so good, I went 3 days in a row. NOUGH SAID!

My first time getting Dutch Bros coffee. Every time I tried in the past the line was so long I just drove by. It is totally worth the wait. Their drive through actually moves much quicker than expected and definitely faster than Starbucks. Their coffee is smooth, mellow and favorable. Not bitter or too acidic.
Great coffee, juices and teas. My favorite so far is the hot banana and chocolate coffee with whipped cream. They give you a variety of creams and milk to choose from such as Almond, Oat, Sweet Cream and more. They have become extremely popular and there is generally a line at any of the locations I have been to or passed by. I've only seen drive-thru and outside window service. Usually with the lines they provide by car order takers to provide you with faster accuracy in service. I'm looking forward to getting the blackberry juice on my next encounter. You can order your drinks as cold or hot
Great service although there was a long line. Got the vampire slayer and the caramelizer. Blended well, normally there are chunks of ice, this was not the case. Pleasant and inviting service. Went back 2 more times that week.
