Why is everyone so sweet here ? I don’t get it haha even the person standing outside in this 100 degree weather taking the drink orders was so sweet. Which what is that about ? That’s brutal, Mr.Dutch needs to fix the intercom thing. Having someone stand outside like that is awful. Love ya tho
I’m my opinion Dutch Bros is the best out there rn . They’ve gotten very popular and the lines get crazy at times . They use to be pretty quick but lately they take forever . I like stopping there before work on Thursdays and Fridays but they’ve made me late even with leaving my house earlier than I usually do.Last time I stopped by there were only 3 cars in front of me and I was there for 20 mins . They should consider doing mobile order pick up.
Look….lol…. 4 for service, 1 for this nonsense. I purchased two drinks so i don’t have to come back and wait 30 minutes in the line again in the middle of the day. I don’t put ice in it so that it’s not watered down by lunch then I drink it. Nobody said they’d be giving me half of a drink until I got to the window… Starbucks would never. It’s irritating but really funny honestly. *insert facepalm*
The coffee was pretty good, but some teenage kids were loitering around the window talking with their friends who were working. One of our drinks was just sitting ready on the counter behind the workers being ignored while we waited. It was a bit annoying as we were trying to get going.
service was great and the Caramelizer was real good.
So happy that this location is so close to home!!!! Our favorite drinks include the Golden Eagle ?, Double Torture, Blue Rebel, Caramelizer and more!!! The employees who work here are always friendly and provide the best customer service every time we come!!! Would come here again and again!!! ?????????
Took my wife Drink Dutch Bros coffee, it was both of our first time trying to, we actually liked it, the roast is very specific, and they have decaf which the flavor is unnoticeable from the decaf and regular coffee
Lots of variety of coffee drinks but their SUPER sweet so if you don't like too much sweetness, ask for half the syrup. Lines are usually a 10-15 min wait and they're drinks are cheaper than Starbucks.I love the oatmeal bar and the Medium iced mocha. The iced mocha tastes like chocolate milk to me, that's why I like it lolVery friendly staff, they like to strike up conversations while we wait.Took off a star because of the long wait lines and too much sweetness in the drinks. I don't think you can order ahead like you can at Starbucks.
The coffee is good but lately I have been getting stuck for over 20 minutes in the drive thru window! I pulled up to the drive thru window at 1:03pm (not even rush hour) and did not get my coffee until 1:23pm. I saw people who pulled up to the walk up window and got their drinks in less than 5 minutes! Then when I get my drink I'm still stuck because the car in front of me still hasn't received their drink! They don't even apologize for the inconvenience, it's probably normal for them to take 20 minutes to serve you! Literally the drive thru gets stuck all because some one makes a complicated order and now everycar behind that person is having to wait on that single person. Then they had the nerve to ask for tip. If you come make sure to have 30 minutes to spare or just walk up to the window. Starbucks almosts costs the same and doesn't take 30 minutes
We fell in love with a 'local' coffee chain last year in Washington State. Whenever we are in the area a trip to DB's is always on the agenda. On this trip, we found out the chain has expanded into Lost Wages! While not a fan of the Sin City as a whole, the North Las Vegas store was only a couple of miles off the freeway. As is their trademark, orders are taken by staff in the drive-thru line. When we placed our order the employee asked us if we'd tried the mochas with chocolate milk instead of regular. When we picked up the order the cashier/barista said he was taking a survey about which series finale disappointed us and which current series excites us.
