EDIT: I bought pizza via my card and gave a $10 tip. My grandson is with me this week. He wanted stuffed crust pizza (Pizza Hut). I told him I could get him cheezy bread sticks. They put jalapeño peppers in the bread sticks because they thought it was a joke for my bad review. Don't come here, or order here. Also the ringer is turned off on the phones. That's why they don't answer.Any other time they are great when I order with my debit card and put a fat tip. Today I didn't have my card and used cash. With that said, ot took 2.5 hours to get my food, and the order was incomplete. I tried calling over and over again, but they won't answer the phone. So I paid for food that I didn't get, and I gave the driver a tip before checking my order. Never again ?
I like this location. The staff is friendly and they work to get the orders out as fast as they can. Some days they are extremely busy and the wait time is long, but your food is always hot and fresh
Was easy to order and you get free pizza or pie points if it is late 1/2 hour or less.
Not only did they get my delivery order wrong I had to go to the store and the so called manager stated his name was Keith threw my order in the trash and REFUSED to give my money back. I had to get North Las Vegas Police involved. Then the so called manager wouldn't even come and speak to the police. End result I was told a full refund would be issues to me for a BAD ORDER. All they had to do is hey apologize here's a credit for your next order!!!!!!!!!!
What a change from a few months ago now the kitchen looks clean and organized as well as the lobby. Kids get treated to pizza night when they bring an academic award home. We had stop coming to this our nearst location for the lack of customer services and effort put on making our food. Great job on the turn around glad to say we be coming back again
Absolutely terrible service. Waited 25mins for a delivery order, then my oder was canceled without any explanation. I provided my number still no call, nothing. This is the 2nd time it's happened this month so it's safe to say I will not be ordering from there again. Horrible service, completely unacceptable.
I ordered a salad w/ ranch dressing and spinach bread. I called to complain cause my spinach bread look like it only has 3 leaves and my salad I was giving Ceaser instead of Ranch. They wouldn’t even answer the phone so unprofessional. Will not order from them anymore PIZZA HUT it will be
I wouldn't recommend this Domino's to anyone. I ordered food last week 3/12/22 around 930pm around 1130 12 I get a message that my order was canceled.This is not the first time this has happened, I called 3 times and no answer. The next day I called and the person told me it was canceled due to them being short on drivers. Which I understood. My problem is that no one called or sent a email and I didn't get a refund receipt. According to the person I talked to, I should have had my refund by yesterday. A week later and still no refund. This location is stealing people's money from its customers. They will never get mine again.
I was delivered cold pizzas. One of my cold pizzas looked like it was dropped. I have called, called, and have yet to get a answer. So I guess I just wasted my money, and the sad part is I tipped the guy! I will never order from this place again ?.
Order is right only half the time, the pizza is always poorly made, the boneless chicken is tossed into a container of a small scoop of sauce, the staff clearly doesn't get paid enough to care about the quality they're putting out. I also saw the new campaign to make them work more for a chance to win 10g....I hope no one participates.I'd love to see more care put into the food. When I went inside to pick up my pizza, the store was a gross disaster...not sure how it passed inspections with higher than a B rating. The staff doesn't wash their hands, doesn't care about personal hygiene, and every time I've gone in there, the back door is wide open...lettings bugs/pests inside.This location is close to me, but until things change, I'm boycotting.
