Asked for frys to be really well done. When I got my food I took out a fry and they were cold and soggy. She when I told her she said they cooked them longer. And did I want them to put them back in. They had been sitting out for a while. Burrito was only half full and loosely rolled up it fell apart.. had to tear off half of the tortilla to get to the ingredients. This meal was disgusting. I worked at Del Taco as a teen and we had so much pride in what we made for our customers. I now live out of state. When I come back to CA I have always gone to places that I haven't been to in years. Most are gross and don't care about customer service anymore. In & Out is the only one that I can count on anymore. Del Taco was a real disappointment.
Got there at 9:17pm and the dining room was already locked when the sign says open til 10pm. Asked for sauce only to get home without it. Asked for no ice they had to redo it. Come on, it's not that hard....
Late night around 10pm: I was told at the drive thru “only ace print delivery orders” I have never had this happen before.
The worst Attitude and customer service ever! I was told by Jessica the inside was closed although the guest in front of me was being served. She stated only the drive thru was open. She refused to served guests at 4pm on Saturday afternoon. Calling CORPORATE. This can’t happen!
I always like to recognize when I get great customer service at fast food restaurants because it’s a hard job. I don’t have the name of the young man at the window, but he was working 4/27 at around 6:30ish in the drive-thru. Super kind and professional! I hope this review gives him some deserved recognition at work!
The absolute worst Del Taco in the area. We walked inside to order and the cashier with purple hair came out from behind the counter saying "I thought these doors were locked?" as she was locking the doors. She made us feel as if we were a burden. We were told by another employee to not open the door to other potential patrons trying to open the locked doors. I will not be back. And I'm writing a letter to corporate office.
Worst experience. The poor girl working must have been the only one - she was trying to do it all but was taking forever. Unfortunately once you're in the drive-thru there is not easy way out.
Love del taco wish we had them in Pennsylvania.....love there food ...yummy...my favorite .
I came to Del Taco as I always do, I ordered tacos with an extra shell. I’ve been doing this Since I was pregnant and I was pregnant in 2020 . Now today is the first time I’ve ever been charged for an extra shell, and the manager informed me it’s .60 for any extra items. I ordered 4 crunchy chicken tacos that cost 1.29 each, i’m not understanding how $1.29 taco with an extra shell cost half the amount of the taco. This concerns me because what is the price of the meat if the shell in addition is $.60. I don’t mind paying but apparently informing customers of changes or cost of additional add ons isn’t apart of the customer service they provide. Three extra dollars for four taco shells just doesn’t sit right with me.
This use to be one of my favorite places.I ordered Epic Guac Chicken Burrito. It hardly had chicken or guac & white rice instead of Spanish rice! Mostly beans!! Not anything like the advertising & it claims to be authentic guac, but my homemade is so much better! However, it was Very Filling, fresh & cheap!
