Early dinner & took advantage of Tues night specials, 3 tacos for $1.69. Place is always neat & clean. Despite with helping shortage, staffs are always courteous & friendly.
Order via Uber Eats...everything I order was wrong. Asked for fries well done, bearly cooked. Snack taco had less then a teaspoon of meat and lettuce combined and the shell was stale. Requested no cheese, cheese on everything..Churro stale..like week old stale. Tried calling, flipped phone on to fax so no one picks up. Wasted $20 bucks.
I was very disappointed with our Dell taco visit today. I went to store 1054 in Las Vegas. I ordered a fiesta pack and ask for green burritos with extra green sauce. What I received was red burritos. I had specifically asked for no red sauce. I asked for green sauce extra green sauce and green sauce on the side. The red sauce is inedible. I also ordered two crunchy tacos with no red sauce only green sauce and extra green sauce one I got a little green sauce the other one had no sauce whatsoever. This is very substandard customer service. I highly advise that you go to a different Del taco. This Location has slept greatly in the last little bit. I checked my receipt and everything that I asked for was on there but that’s not what I got. I attempted to call them to see if I can get this straightened out and their phone just goes to a fax so apparently there’s no way to contact the store.
My favorite is the Classic grilled chicken burrito it's only 250 calories. Have that with unsweetened tea. Yum.
I don’t usually get poor service from this location but this manager had me waiting at the speaker for 3 minutes without acknowledgement, I went to the window and he was too busy on the phone to acknowledge my presence! Another employee, who I come to learn, doesn’t speak English, sees me at the drive through and walks away. The manager finally comes to the window to tell me he can’t help me because he’s on the phone with another angry customer! I want an answer as to how they can keep the doors open if they can’t service their customers! The manager closes the window, I proceeded to go inside! I come to this location every day just for coffee!!! He was terribly unprofessional! He should have profusely apologized and offered to give me a free coffee! Instead he tells me I am rude and he’ll call security! TERRIBLE customer service! This guy should not be in management! I have most of it on video

Not sure what may have happened, ordered food via the App.Showed up, the drive thru was blocked off and the doors locked at 8:00 P.M.And they still charged my card......
Well not only was it Tuesday and ordered a dozen tacos, didn't get the deal but conveniently the people were pleasant to talk to and still happy that it was Clean, not busy and fast service. Thanks
I'LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!And I LOVE Del Taco. This guy couldn't take an order with coupon's and he was the Manager. I Know because, well...I asked for one. First time for me at a Del Taco.He was rude. Giving me dirty looks. And I mentioned it. He said..." If I were giving you bad looks you'd know it!"That's how ignorant he was. I said... That's really stupidto say... you're wearing a mask".He was horrible. And my sweetie has diabetes and waiting in the car. One ⭐ too much for this location with this Manager. That's my review.
