20 minute wait in drive- thru. No chocolate soft serve ice cream.Could not accept gift cards.
It’s okay. The chicken is good. But every time I’ve gone they serve the ice cream first and then I have to wait 10 minutes for my chicken. So by the time I’m done eating my meal my ice cream is practically all melted. Almost every time I’ve gone it was pretty much deserted. I would hope it would be common sense to cook food first and then serve ice cream, or heck even place food out at the same time (totally fine with that).Oh well. Good food, strange service.Also last time they didn’t have ketchup. Who runs out of ketchup? Anyways it’s alright, 3/5.
Very bad location, drive thru only terrible drive thru we have been there twice and could not even get in line because of not enough space. Will never go back.
Went today for drive thur. Placed a $46 order of food. I requested 2 burgers to be plain meat and bun only amd repeated myself. They said tonearm and they bring. 20 minutes later they came with cheeseburger with everything. I said oh no meat and bun only plain nothing else. She said go back through drive thur and will have ready. They also forgot the full box of dilly bars. When I was given the burgers it was cheeseburger without anything else. Had ro explain for the 3rd time meat and bun only. Finally received the burgers and box of dilly bars after 30 minutes. Drove home 20 minutes away and opened bag of dilly bar boxed. On the bottom it had been opened and missing one from the box. The hamburger and dilly bars are for my special needs son. This was the worse experience I have ever had with DQ and I've been going since I was a kid. I understood places are understaffed but they wasn't busy at all. I watched 3 cars go through the whole 30 min I was there. Just a lack of care and listening .
Served cold chili dogs when the error was on their part for putting cheese on the hot dog. I was very specific when I ordered, then they wanted me to pull up after all the time I sat just to order the food.
Tried this location a few times and it’s been bad each time. Lots of missing items, burnt food, long waits, very care free employees
Long waits in drive through and food was not very good. Only the deserts are good
If I could give 0 stars I would. Gave DQ a try after years of forgetting it exists. I've always loved the chicken basket with the gravy. After waiting about 10 minutes for the food I opened it up and they had given ranch instead, and the box was also missing the toast. 0/10 do not recommend

What a s** hole this place turned into.. can't seem to find a dairy Queen that's worth a dam anymore. Daughter got sent a $25 gift card but for some reason they can't use it they can take a credit card just fine but they won't take their own gift card. And drive through attendance not very comprehensive to their order taking and listening skills
