Good food, very nice people. But first be prepared to wait for a table. I don't think they have sufficient help working. Also, I think they are trying to scrimp on the small stuff to save money. Like asking for butter for your biscuits. Very light on the gravy for my meal. The waitress was very customer service oriented and brought extra out to start with. Will I go back? Yes! But I hope this is not a start in the decline of operations.
They are in the process of changing the menu. They don't offer catfish anymore which was a bummer. Half of my party wanted catfish. We had to order from the breakfast and lunch menu, after looking back and forth we went with grill trout. Which was pretty good.
It was okay, no more than that. Even our waitress tried her best, we got to wait for our food for more than half an hour after our order was placed. She kept coming with more coffee and apologies for the waiting. Our food was good but we got incomplete orders, portions were very small. Taste wise, everything was great as usual
The place was okay. I have nothing bad to report. The food was decent since I was craving for a hearty meal coming from a long drive. I had the turkey plate daily special with watermelon mimosa. The staff was pleasant and I would definitely come back if I made the same stop. I wasn’t too crazy about their corn bread. It was a bit too dry for my taste. I didn’t bother taking the left over home with me (as is my usual thing to do if I loved it that much). The waitress was pleasant which is always something I observe each time I enter a restaurant. Customer service is always on my top list.
First time at a Cracker Barrel and the hype is real. Delicious breakfast and great service. I ordered the pancakes and they were sabroso. ?
Overall this place is good. I like all the pictures that can see on the wall. The steak was delicious. The waitress was very attentative. This place had decent food, not a long wait, good for a dining experience. They also have a little shop with old fashioned style candies and memorabilia that you can purchase. It is a nice store.
I Dine here often with my family. My mom and dad really love it! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the manager Sam. I did not like how he only came to our table because my 1 year old was crying. But never checked on us to see if our food experience was doing okay. Our waitress was awesome. Per usual!! The food is always good and hot. But the manager Sam should not be in position for guest experience or coordinator of any guest related situations. He also had a rude attitude. I spoke with his boss and he gave awesome reassurance to speaking with him.
Went for breakfast at the Craig St. location with my wife and kids. I was highly disappointed. I ordered a simple stack of pancakes eggs and hash browns. My pancakes were hard and had the feeling of being old and reheated. The plate was hot but the pancakes were hard and cold. I also noticed that it was bits of hash browns on the plate but my waiter forgot my order. I immediately sent the food back with my server and explained to him that it looked like someone else's food off a table reheated and given to me. I just ate my eggs and orange juice. My server was very understanding and spoke to the manager even after I said I was fine. She took both the kids meals off the receipt which was honorable of her. This was the first time going to cracker barrel because my youngest boy saw the commercial and wanted to go. He had one pancake and left the rest.
Amazing service and amazing vibes to be had. Food is good, best item of the meal was pancakes. Ham steak was a bit salty. Look forward to going back
We stopped on our way back from the valley of Fire. Easy on and off from Highway. Food was hot and well prepared! Our waitress was amazing!! She was very attentive, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! We had a great experience eating here on 2-28-22 for a late lunch.
