This is the 2nd time in a week I can't buy ice cream because the employees are more focused on cleaning the f...cold stone than servicing customers. I arrived at 9:45 pm, and they close at 10 pm. That means you close doors at 10 pm, whoever is inside get service, you let them leave....and then, you clean the f...coldstone.
Went in there got a butter pecan ice cream the ice cream seemed like it was melted and was put back seemed like it was a slushee they said they had to talk to a manager to see if i can get another flavor. Then she came back and said what other flavor I wanted and I asked for mint and it was the same thing, looked like a slushee Did not want to be a karen so I did not go back in just threw it away when I got home.
The bathroom is closed due to "coronavirus and their concern for our health." But there's a single jar for the pens. Even with being verbally assured the pens were clean, there was no indication of a separate place for used pens, just return to the same jar. Everybody sharing the pen is a greater risk than the few people who use the bathroom.Since I really needed the bathroom when we arrived for a celebration, this really took away from the occasion. And honestly, at this point, it seems a cheap excuse to save on bathroom cleaning.Will not return.
Giving a one star only due to how my cone tasted like fabuloso. Extremely disgusting after taste. Not only was the cone bad, the lady who looked Hawaiian/Hispanic who was trying to help us was rude and did not serve a good amount, not worth my 30 dollars for two small cones.
Walked in @8:59pm as they close 9pm but they were so nice and welcoming. Going back to get more ice cream and ice cream cakes.??
If you are not going to serve people in the order they came in, don't have a line.
I order a cake online 10/10/21 with a pick up date for 10/16/21. I get here to the store to find out that the assistant gave my cake to another person that has already left the store. Not only is it COVID but you call the person back and say that she is going to bring your cake back it hasn't been touched. She will be back later, I said what's later I have a birthday party. I have no idea who this person is that has my cake and I'm supposed to trust that my cake hasn't been touched. I was told that everything can be made over but will take 24 hours.
Order a waffle cone and I couldn’t even eat the cone!!! It tasted so gross like store cleaner!! Literally tasted like chemicals. Why have the cones sitting out in the open and not have them covered. Wasted my money on something I can’t even eat.
Stopped by today and i was really craving the waffle bowl with cheesecake ice cream so i ordered it and ice cream was good BUT the waffle bowl tastes like fabuloso? the whole place smells like fabuloso. They need to use less or use something else that’s odor free.
This place is great, always good service.
