Phone in order for a steak bowl. The incompetent employees apparently don’t know the difference between steak and tofu. It got thrown in the garbage where tofu belongs! And I’m looking for food again.
Ordered a burrito bowl and as you can see it looks like I got half a serving. I have never been able to finish it in one serving much less still be hungry afterwards. It was light on everything but the cost somehow went up. Will stick to Habaneros Taco grill.
I mean for goodness sake it's Chipotle, I never expect nasty food... but can we talk about the baby size portion they are handing out.. I don't know if I should ask for a adult order or I'm hungry can I get more then three beans and a teaspoon of meat. Enjoy because it's good and you know it

Got a Vegetarian style bowl for my wife and I to share, rice was dry and sticky, lettuce was beat to hell with lots of dark spots. Had to dump salsa all over it to get some sort of moisture to it, now it becomes more of a chips and dip. Make sure you get the chips before because the line took about 15 minute to get threw plus. Bathroom had a line for it about 8 deep for the Men's and 2 deep for the women's so pray it isn't an emergency. Dining area is small and cramped.
When it comes to businesses approaching closing time I know that everything might not always be available to order. Unfortunately tonight prior to my visit I tried to call To get some insight on what was available unfortunately the way that their system is set up it doesn’t allow you to connect with the store after a certain time that’s making me unaware of what my options are. I decide to still go to the location in hopes that they have what I want unfortunately they were pretty much out of everything Which is pretty disappointing. I ended up settling for some thing I usually wouldn’t eat because I had already made the trip and I had an eaten all day.

Just left the new Chipotle on West Craig Road because of the atrocious service, dirty food station, and completely out of meat, rice and cheese. 8 customers in line and a half a person working the food station. I got fed up and left. Since I had a hankering for burrito, I went to the East Craig Road Chipotle. I was in and out in no time. Great job! If you want to go to Chiptole, avoid the one on West Craig or you'll regret it. Come to this one because they do it right.

I think this place intentionally messes up orders placed with door dash or postmates. Why would you place a huge open side of hot sauce in a kids tray or completely mess up a whole other order with things that weren't even added to a bowl to begin with? Then to place blame on the 3rd party app like it's their fault just shows a complete lack of care and neglect. Great job guys. Bravo.
Bit into a rock the size of your pinky nail while eating a bowl just purchased. Disappointing, waste of my money. If I could leave no stars I would.
