Most of the food was okay, but the rice in my tacos was undercooked and the steak in the same tacos was like trying to eat pieces of a sneaker.
I've tried 4 times to order here and hopefully receive better quality food and service each time is worse than the previous. Zero customer service. So much fat on all types of meat. Mainly the steak. Definitely will not be going back to Chipotle for a while or this exact location...?
I think there are a lot of new people at this location, like they lost someone valuable.The food is hit or miss lately, like hard chicken, cold steak, crunchy rice, under or over cooked veggies etc. And some days everything is on point. When you walk in no one is quick to take your order.They are okay with letting you stand and wait although there are 8 people behind the counter, silent, not helping anyone or saying they'll be with them.
I went to this location and had a horrible experience. A young lady by the name Dana helped me. She was very unpleasant unprofessional and rude. The coustmer before me was a Hispanic gentleman she was very pleasent and nice to him. When it was my time to order she was very rude and nasty to me. I Sensed some racism also I'm African American. I will not come back to this location again and I recommend know one else..
Hate ordering delivery and paying extra for double meat and every topping and still get missing drink and just ugly black guacamole and no large chips and messed up the salsa I wanted and got red. Like? Just hate this location lazy people we pay for our food.!!
I’ve only ever left a handful of reviews, but this one is very well deserved. I just want to start of by saying Michael who served our food was so polite and his customer service was so amazing. I was so pleasantly surprised at our experience since we hardly ever go into restaurants to order. The food was so delicious! And when it was time to pay Mercedes was also so kind and polite all smiles. You don’t really see good customer service like this now a days. We will definitely be back and they definitely deserve a praise! (Raise ?)
Came here for lunch right before it got super busy. I dined in and it was running like a well oiled machine people were in and out in a flash. The food was yummy, definitely try the hibiscus lemonade (they put tumeric in it and it was delicious) portions were great.
No Guacamole no shredded beef sour cream had corn in it and the server was slow and spoke with a very low tone. Had to repeat myself several times.
I used to go to this location all the time in person, with hardly any issues. Lately I’ve been ordering from them through UberEats. Now there’s nothing but problems it seems. I used to order chorizo before Chipotle created the plant based version and it’d be hard every now and then which is fine. As long as its still edible then I was okay with it. This is the third or 4th time I’ve ordered the plant based chorizo from this location. Tonight I received my order, removed the lid, and it looks like the restaurant ran out of chorizo and threw some charcoal in my bowl. I can’t eat one piece, it is so hard! I ordered the same thing last night, without any issue. I placed my order hours before the restaurant closed, so the fact that they thought it was acceptable to send this to a customer is just revolting.
Taking extreme consideration with the worker shortage in this city, this restaurant is hit-or-miss with respect to worker efficiency. At times, you have workers that operate super fast, and other times, you contemplate on walking around to prepare your own food. Regardless of this, the food quality remains the same - very tasty. One downfall to this restaurant and it probably is a downfall to the entire franchise is that I wish they would keep the carne asada and other specialty meats on the menu permanently. Maybe if more people started working, they could accommodate this because they'd have the staff to preserve this request? Or, maybe this tactic is just like McDonald's and their McRib sandwiches? Who knows...regardless, as the Terminator would say, "I'll be back!"
