Ordered online, and had order picked up all within 15 minutes! fast service, and the sandwich was great as always, and they followed the special directions of the order. so easy 5 stars from me!

The staff is friendly but the quality is not the same. For what you get now, the prices are way too high. The meatball sub had small meatballs and hardly any cheese at all. They tasted less meaty and more like filler.
I love Capriotti's but this location consistently forgets to put Oregano, salt, and pepper on our sandwiches. Those toppings are not add-ons, they are what comes on the sandwich. When the sandwiches are made correctly, the place is awesome, problem is that they are not made correctly unless I remind them to put the condiments on the sandwiches.
Went in on a Saturday and ordered. 45 minutes later we were still waiting. I had to leave for work, never got the sandwiches they said they would refund my card they never did. This location also seems to have real issues with getting a live person on the phone. Won't ever return next time it's Port Of Subs!!
Staff is friendly despite altogether incapable of reading tickets; I had to have my food replaced and almost went back a third time because it was still wrong after they said they’d fix it the second time. It costs the store money but it doesn’t seem to bother them if they have to remake a sandwich, it doesn’t get done correctly anyway.When the food actually IS correctly made, it’s more often than not worth the money.
Really nice place! Nice dining in area and we ate outside. Very nice. Besides the poop on the sidewalk. Salad was great. Impossible beef sandwich also great. Nice place overall

Don't bother coming here for their vegan and vegetarian alternatives. I've been a regular customer for a while now and I order their Impossible cheese steak, but I've gotten actual meat instead like five times now. I've put up with it this long, but today I specifically wrote special instructions to make sure it was the meat substitute and they still messed it up. Goes to show that they don't care to follow the simplest instructions at this franchise.
Very hospitable staff. We had a semi-large order and they were much quicker than expected. The wagyu sub was very good, but the meatball was so overly salty. Will go there again for the wagyu.
