I order a large Wagyu Cheese Steak 9pm. Service was great, but the sandwich. Let me just say. I will never and will not recommend anyone to this store at this time. I've eaten here a few times during the day and I has never been this dissatisfied with their food. Mind you this is the top tier sandwich that coast 20 plus and that's not including the tip, of witch they got.The sandwich was sooo freaken dry with no cheese. Oh how disappointed I was when I took the first bite. Sorry folks if your going to spend that kinda money on a freaken sandwich it should at least look good also.
On this day from 4 to 7 pm I come inn and lot 2 pum 2 the cashiers and management teem o.m.g. I challenge pilot headquarters to view all it happened at time given up and if I got treated like a dog then you know what is up if I got treated like costumer the I will take everything back. I dare you. From 1 to 10 I won't come back here I'll go to love stop or ta . They get 0
Well….. these were in my turkey sandwich today. Luckily I didn’t damage a tooth……update: and I started vomiting 6 hours after I ate it!
Why is it so hard to connect with an employee when placing an order thru uber eats? I was trying to ask for sides of pepper relish and the phone just kept ringing over 5x before an answer. Customer service really needs some work.
Exactly what I needed for lunch. Solid warm sandwich. Their standard cheesesteak was not some life altering experience, but it did satisfy my desire for meat and cheese in my mouth.
I can't seem to get what I ordered here no matter how many times I try. After 5th or 6th chance to get it right they still get it wrong. When making sandwiches is what you do, and you can't get it right after that many times says something about these employees. I'd pay them a penny for their thoughts, but I'd have to ask for change back. I suggest going up the street a bit to Craig and MLK area next to home Depot. They do it right.
Food was good. The only problem we had was they did not label the subs. So we had to open all of the to figure out which sandwich belong to which person. Chips were pricey sowe did not buy any. Food was ready on time. I prefer the Capriottis at the Aliante Casino because they have better customer service. They actually smile at me!
Very good Philli cheese steak was my choice. Glad I picked it. You order on a kiosk and pay. They call you when it's ready. May take 10 minutes during lunch "rush".
Overall, the sandwich was good. The turkey was a little dry and had some really tough parts in it, but the flavor was there.
The cashier was apparently having a bad day. Neither employee was happy that a customer walked in. I ordered my food and ask for a soda and was informed that I have to buy a 4$ bottle of soda because the soda machine was broken ( they clearly already cleaned it).
