dogwater. save your money. these are the same fast food workers who cry for higher wages but cant even put a burger together correctly when its literally written on paper. trash. dont waste your time or money here. go elsewhere.

I went to my local drive thru on Sunday to take advantage of the $4 two croissant, taters & coffee meal deal. The staff was also very nice. BK rocks! Thank you!

My first time at the Ann& Simmons location, placed my order everything was great until I asked for my receipt, the young man at the register seemed to be bothered by my request. Otherwise the food was good

Food was cold after I said please make it fresh, didn't have the toppings I asked for.

Worst place ever. Then after wasting gas in the first place the don’t bother to answer the phone or they pick up and hang up. So sad this is how business is conducted. For the record this is just a normal whopper or at least this is what they sell. $50 worth of food in the trash. Will never return let alone eat at Burger King again.

Do not go to this location ever! It is poorly ran, can repeat your order three times and still get it wrong. Gave me wrong drinks and sizes, gave wrong food. Went to fix my order only to find the front lobby was locked. Went back to the drive thru and asked why was the lobby closed at 730pm. Employee said due to staff shortage. As she is saying this I can see at least seven employees standing around inside not to mention there were already three customers inside (or friends of employees), so how did it close due to staffing? I have seen fast food restaurants operate with two members efficiently. I waited 15 more minutes in the drive thru to get my order only to be met with attitude from the employees like it was my fault they couldn't get it right the first time. I guess this is all because the entire staff appeared to be all juveniles with no adult supervision. The manager couldn't be a day over 18 and obviously had zero customer service training as she ran her mouth in the background the whole time.

Trash! I get there at around 6:15 and order a double whopper combo with cheese and bacon and a cheeseburger kids meal. She asked me to repeat the order. I repeat my order and as it comes up on the screen, the first order doesn't look correct. The page disappears and she tells me to pull to the second window. I get to the window and I ask her if she put me in for a double whopper with cheese and bacon. I should have known by the way she looked at the screen that it was wrong, but she assures me that the order was correct. I then get my order and there was a kid's sized burger in there. I informed her that the order was incorrect. She then showed it to whomever prepared the burger and said that it was the correct order. She then returned the meal to me assuming it was what I ordered. I then showed her the burger and asked if it was a double whopper. She then stated that she had put in the order incorrectly. Don't worry about receiving anymore business from me if your employees can't properly take an order. Four times I asked if my order was correct and y'all still got it wrong.

I love this location! They never get my order wrong and it's always hot.The employees are nice and accommodating.This is the first post review I have ever done. Most of the time I don't bother but it is worth it here..

Slowest BK in town. 4 cars ahead of me and waited more than 20 minutes. Plus I did a mobile order. Pack a lunch! Lol
