I took my nephews to the Burger Kingand just for a bundle combo for two we had to wait one hour from 7:01pm-8:14pm really and this lady on the phone the whole time and on her iwatch it was more important to helping out his coworkers check the cámaras or do something Bueger King or change the name for looser king

Being honest....I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich 5/11/22 around 4pm at the drive through, I didn't wait long and even though my sandwich was made incorrect I didn't make a fuss. I ate it and noticed I had developed a sore throat later that night. Exactly one week later 5/18/22 around 4pm I stop at this restaurant again, except this time I go inside. Immediately I notice the whole restaurant smells like sewer and the bathrooms were filthy. I didn't eat there, I'm not going to ever eat there again. I still have a sore throat and frankly I am concerned. This restaurant needs to be reported and investigated.

Ordered a kid meal for my son a hamburger plain with extra pickle. Pulled up to the window and it was a regular cheese burger. Explained I just want a hamburger with a few extra pickles. Noticed the guy grabbing the burger that was just pushed down to him and he started to laugh. I open the bag and find this. This was for my 6 year old.

Terrible!!!! Our attempted visit was the rudest experience we have ever had anywhere. Only the drive thru was open. Our van is too high to fit through so we called the store to find out how to get an order. We asked the guy who answered how to be served and he said be patient and then hung up on us. We called back to ask if we could walk through. We were told no and and hung up on again!!This person needs discipline and retraining or firing.

Seems to be always understaffed. Took them over an hour to get 4 cars through the drive through.. every time a customer moved up, I just put my car in park. Ridiculous. Raise the pay or something. How is this fast food? I wouldn’t even have enough time to get food on a lunch break. This is crazy. And the way the drive through is, you can’t back out. So you’re stuck for as long as it takes them. If the store was not understaffed at the time of me making this post, I’d suggest hire new employees. It should NEVER take as long as it did.

This place is consistently BAD! If it's not long waits because they literally help one person at a time, I mean If you are the second car in line, they will not even let you order until the first car has received food. So the line is long more often than not. There is a good possibility your order will be wrong or just made poorly! I have used this place 8 times and I can honestly say it has been ok twice. The Ann and Simmons location is worth the drive! Positvie to this one, Good location, just lacking in every other aspect. I honestly feel like it's 2 or 3 employees inside working, someone from Burger King cooperate should look into this location.

Worst experience ever. The chicken fries were beyond dry, old and empty. I’ve never seen this before. I feel horrible that my toddler even took one bite. So unacceptable this is not food. Spoke to the manager Manuela and nothing is being done to rectify situation.

I was in a rush and needed some food so I stopped by. The wait was pretty long even with a few cars but I remained patient because the lady taking my order was so nice. The food was sub-par and really just not bussn. When I got home I started feeling stomach pain and nausea so I probably got food poisoning. I forced myself to throw up but didn’t get it all out. We live and learn guys.

These people have the store closed without any signage indicating that their dining room is closed though amongst a whole lot of vehicles. Also there were only two people on duty this is really unacceptable. I have included photos of the drive-thru the boys and located on the corner of Craig rd and Scott Robinson blvd

Terrible I placed an order online and paid for pick up. Said my order would be ready at 4.14pm. I arrived and not ready until 4:37pm. This is terrible what is the point to offer this service if it is not going to be ready on time. We were better off using the drive thru. The 8 cars that were at the drive threw got there food before I did. So disappointing
