The food here has always been the same as any other Buffalo Wild Wings so pretty good. Unfortunately though many times I've been picking up to-go orders and if they are barely busy I've had to wait up to an hour before! Dinning in is slightly better but it does get busy and the wait times do suffer. I try to avoid coming to this location specifically if possible. Also they are VERY anti-gun and if walk in with one holstered on you or they know that you have one concealed somehow they will tell you to go put it in your car or they will not let you eat there! It's their right as a company to do this but I highly disagree especially when it is 100% legal!

Good service and friendly staff,The food quality of the boneless wings not so much,I had order different combos of boneless wings and they all were the same quality, The pieces of chicken had too much breading and not enough of chicken in them. They were extra crispy and the sauce when tossed was not surrounding the entire chicken.. other than that good service..

I ordered 2 meals both of which were prepared incorrectly. One Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was not supposed to have slaw, pickles or hot peppers. It had everything on it. The other one was not supposed to have slaw but it did. My bacon chili cheese fries had no bacon. Both orders of fries were old and extremely hard. For the amount of money that was spent, you would think at least some of the order would be edible. This is not the first time that I have had an issue, but it will be the last time.

1st time visit to this location. Went with a friend to eat and watch the Super Bowl. Not very crowded, which was great. Tried a few different dishes, need to try a few other options at a different location.

Very disappointed put in order at 11:00 am for a 5:30 pick up .. when we got there was told sorry no onion rings! Didn’t offer a substitute( unreal couldn’t offer more fries ?? Ordered forty wings large fries and onion rings 7 hours later you couldn’t have told us or offered more fries in its place also it states. 8 pick ranch, BLC, celery carrots… we received 4 sticks celery one ranch and one blue cheese.. third time was a charm in ringing out a gift card.. beyond sad

Ordered a 40 piece with fries & the queso dip appetizer to go. They said it would be ready in 30min, I waited over an hour and everything was COLD. When we opened our chips that came with the dip they were all broken ?- AND they discontinued potato wedges . Bad experience, never again waisted money at this location.

We had dinner tonight with a party of 8. We were told a 30 minute wait but were seated in 15 minutes, which was very nice. It goes downhill from there. We ordered wings, fries, tater tots and a Cobb salad. The fries, tater tots and salad came out first. Then, we wait…… and wait…….and wait. We finally ask when the rest of the meal is coming because by now the tater tots and fries are cold. The server says the food comes out as it’s prepared and ready. Why not make all the food at once and serve it together? My Cobb salad was absolutely horrible and when the wings finally arrived they tasted all the same even though we ordered 4 different flavors of sauces. Our dining experience was not good at all. My family paid over $200 for our meal tonight and it definitely wasn’t worth it.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My daughter and I were prompt seated. No server had acknowledged our existence but gave direct eye contact while walking to the table next to us on both sides. We sat there for 30 minutes without anyone even speaking to us. They even served a table that came in 10 minutes after we were there and they received their food before we were even asked for our drink order. We decided to leave after 30 minutes. STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! Would have complained to the manager but they weren’t concerned to why our table still didn’t have drinks. Seriously, went to Hooters and the service was great!

Service was horrible. We ordered buy 1 get 1 and 3 large fries, onion rings and fried pickles. One person in our group ordered a salad. They brought out all the sides and the salad. 30 minutes later we got our wings. They claim they bring stuff out as it's ready. Meanwhile the table next to us got their fries and wings at the same time. The manager comped us 2 fries off a 180.00 bill.

Shopping in the Centennial area and stopped for dinner. We are a family of 5 and we were seated instantly. Very busy, mostly take out orders. Food was fresh and very good, it did take a while to come out. To be fair they looked to be running short staffed, but props to our server for her hustle! Order came just like we ordered, additional wait on some boneless wings but it was only 10 minutes or so. Plenty of TV screens with multiple sports going on. Even being short staffed it was good food and pleasant experience. Worth checking out!
