Great place , cheap eats and lots of big screen entertainment.Lauren thanks for making the 4 of us regulars ( except me, new) feel so welcome and loved like a mama feeds her children. The wings were good. Like other establishment. But the service was horrible. They were not busy and we got seated right away. But from there it took forever to get our order and the waiter hardely ever stopped by. Someone besides our waiter dropped off our food but didnt provide dressing, utensils and extra plates as we ordered the bigger amount that all came in one tray. We had to flag a random waiter to ask for them and more drinks. It looked like the table next to us was having the same issues. By the end they all looked super annoyed.
Appetizers never came. Two orders placed at the same time and it took over 20 minutes in between orders. My food got cold while we waiting on the other order, I didn't want to eat while my friend sat there waiting. I understand they're under staffed but come on. Our server checked in to take the order and then almost as we were done eating. Mean while the server for a larger party was constantly checking in with them.
Usually I'm a very understanding person when it comes to dine in food service. But our waiter could be best describe as sadness from the movie inside out. Our food came out cold or lukewarm at best. I was lied too about fresh mozzarella sauce that she side was the reason for taking so long. And over all I think I saw here like twice to help our table out.
Horrible customer service. From welcoming in, to seating us, to taking our order, waiting for someone to look at the table to bring us the check.Just not great. Maybe a bad time if the day.Not coming here again and I don’t like leaving bad reviews.
Worst service ever. We had a big party so we tried to be patient. We sat down at 5pm didn't start getting food till 630. Which would be excusable if they brought all the food out at that time. Instead they decided to bring our food out slowly over the course of 45 minutes. Half out party was done eating before everyone got their food. Manager offered to take some items off our order, a nice gesture, if they didn't add extra items to our order. Had two order of wings and burger comped then had 3 extra order of wings added. Took 40 minutes for some to get their drinks.
They had one woman bartending for the whole bar and it was packed we went kinda late so the only tables were open by the bar. I wanted to hop over and help her but couldn't since I don't work there. Some customer sitting next to us was saying some B's about the manager and workers yet the manager was kind enough to stop what she was doing to help not only the bartender but my husband and I cash our ticket (I think she thought it was us saying disrespectful stuff cause the man got real quiet when she walked up and addressed the busy situation). Just know we appreciate you and your employees. And would have waited cause we know it hasn't been easy during this "pandemic". And not everyone understands or has patience when places get packed , people call out , it happens. Just wanted to say thank you and y'all are doing great!

I came here 6-8-2021 and I just realized looking at one of my other review sights , that I forgot to include mine here . So here it is .I've eaten at a couple different locations in Vegas and one in Oregon . I'm not much of a fan , but my son and daughter-in-law like them . Tonight the Golden Knights were playing and the parking lot was full , so we thought we were going to have to wait a long time for a table , but it was only like 15 minutes , nice !When we came to the door they had a sign , no traditional wings due to shortage , which of course is what I wanted . To compensate they were running the Thursday Special of Buy One Get One Free Boneless , which is what my son and daughter-in-law like . We got 2 appetizers , Dirty Dubs Tots and Everything Pretzel Knots . Both were good , but the Dirty Dubs Tots tasted a little better in Oregon . The Pretzel Knots were soft and warm .We got 15 Boneless Wings and 15 free . So we got 4 different sauces on the 20 wings and 10 plain wings with 2 dipping sauces . Mango Habanero was the best one . Mild Buffalo was next , Asian Zing , Sweet Bbq , Honey Bbq , and we didn't like the Lemon Pepper Sauce . I personally didn't care for either Bbq and I love Bbq . Habanero and Buffalo is the way to go .My son also got Potato Wedges and they came plain and no ketchup . They were small also , not big like Jack in the Box with cheese and bacon on them . He liked them okay , but I found them disappointing and almost needed to be cooked a little longer .We got a chocolate cake with ice cream since my daughter-in-law was celebrating a small victory . It was really rich with chunks of chocolate . The vanilla ice cream was good with a little chocolate drizzle on it . We had Rewards Points for the Dirty Dub Tots , so nice to get that for free . The bill wasn't much to feed 3 people . We were full when we left , but not impressed . The service was good and our waiter was training someone . Also the Golden Knights won !
