Pretty bad service trying to get through to anyone and order a simple order. I've been here and the establishment connected to it and they are no where busy enough to not take orders promptly and actually have the waiting times they have. It's more due to pure laziness. Find some where else to take your business since they have no desire to make it.
This time they shorted me a meatball sandwich. I paid for it, they only gave me french fries, but no sandwich. Had to ask AGAIN for marinara sauce, third time, even though the menu says it comes with a Stromboli.
Their pizzas are unique and delicious. I recommend the Super Mario. The Buffalo chicken pizza is also a great choice.
Yes, the pizza here for some reason surprised me, I don't know why but it was very good and the sizes of the choice of pizza are good. Meaning, you get a very good bang for your buck here. Very reasonably priced for the amount of food you get.
Uncooked chicken , the ranch had leaked all over the packaging, I ordered a Caesar salad which wasn’t even given 2 me. They shouldn’t be in business. Horrible!!! You can’t even try to eat there pizza.
Don’t order delivery they’re out of half the menu but you’ll still get charged i ordered Double ricotta cheese got charged for it and my pizza came without it Brothers pizza location on sky point 100% with accuracy or orders. Order#111855
I love brother's pizza but this is the most unorganized location I've had to deal with. Delivery takes a long time, easy to look past with how good the food is. Getting someone to answer the phone? 75% of the time it is a busy signal. Best part is my order today. Set up for delivery, hour and a half. 2.5 hours later no answers on phone, card is charged. Go to the restaurant and come to find out it was prepared but never delegated to anyone in terms of delivery or pickup. Definitely the last time ordering for delivery/over the phone. Supposed to have a credit of Tuesday when the boss comes in. We will see.
The server was very nice and my pizza came out great. Had an issue with my calzone and they did not hesitate at all to fix it. Thank you. I'll definitely be returning.
First… their biggest pie is absolutely huge! I was unable to transport it anywhere in my car other than the trunk. Second… their slices are pretty generous and the cheese is great. Good crust. I really enjoy this place. I’ve never been when there is any notable amount of wait and the service is always good. It is one of my go-to places for group takeout lunch at work. No slices outside of lunchtime is a bummer, but they’re open really which is a big bonus.
Yesterday, my exact order "1 Sweet Potato Fries Type: MediumHomemade Ranch Dipping Sauce1 Cheese Pizza, Half: Pepperoni Special Instructions: "Half cheese half pepperoni "--I didn't get the Ranch Dipping Sauce and they made the entire pizza pepperoni despite me specifying in 2 separate places to only do it half and half. Anyone with kids knows that this is just a disappointment. After a long day of work and school it's really an inconvenience to even call or drive back to get the order corrected. I won't be ordering from here again.
