Okay, I have to say after many times of going to this spot and never winning on a single machine here.. this uses to be one of the worst places for gaming in my opinion.BUT finally I can’t say that anymore..I hit a nice jackpot with only putting in a $5 bill.. only been there for about 2 minutes before i hit.(so i have to re-rate the place!)
The customer service could be way better and food options
None of the games are in service. They give you coins but can only use them for pool table. Employee stated that games have been out of service for two years
Mostly great staff, not too fond of the 2 chicks at night. One blonde, one with glasses(worst attitude ever). It will always boggle my mind that people with zero customer service skills choose to work in a face to face customer service environment ?♀️ do everyone a favor, INCLUDING yourself, and stock stuff in the back. This town's livelihood is based on customer service, if you have none, scoot over and let someone else have a go at it.
I don’t really like this particular location because the gaming doesn’t ever pay out. For anything other than gambling it seems like a pretty chill kick it spot to come play pool.
The staff was friendly and location nice and clean...4*s only because I didn't win...lol
Loved the variety of TV and different games to watch. Cool vibes, friendly customers, and reasonable prices. The food wasn't terrible either, it was ok. Id totally return since its close to our house.All staff practiced covid protocol.
