I came here last night with a friend and the older woman behind the counter was snappy for no reason. I had a corona and my friend wanted a Pacifico, to which the lady said “no your not” instead of saying we’re currently out. Okay whatever, that’s fine, but then he wanted to start a tab and again her answer was “no your not” we only do it from__ time to __ time. Okay, that’s fine. Why did she have to be so rude about it. I liked this Bourbon street, it’s nice place to hang out but the customer service could definitely use an improvement
It might have been more fun if it were after in the day. Lots of things to do its like a casino restaurant and a arcade put together
1 star if Raven is working she is very disrespectful to customers she is not a buddy to..5 stars to all other employees here!!!!!!Management there are plenty of other places to play a game and have a cold one after a hard days work.
When you first walk in instead of hello or welcome you get let me see your IDs(very welcoming) food menu is down to just chicken wings and fries which I don’t recommend getting either one. the fries are overcooked and taste like cardboard the wings aren’t much better about 1/3 of the machines are down and their bar is missing ingredients to make most basic drinks.. if you just wanna drink and play go to Dottie‘s if you’re looking for food go anywhere else
Place is cool but i didn't feel that welcoming vibe. I guess they don't like colored people. Its 2022 people, get over hating people because of skin color
My experience was not a good one. I walk in for after work get together with my co-workers and was quickly stopped and asked for my ID which most definitely is understood and then after that I was asked to leave my bag at the front door. As I complied I walked away and as I was walking away I noticed that no one ie security camera anything to that effect not watching my bag so I asked the gentleman and I used their term very loosely what was being done about the security of my bag his reply was nothing. So I go and put my bag in my friends trunk and as I'm coming back in I look on the outside to make sure there isn't any policies which to my surprise there is not anything listed whatsoever on the building on the front door any of their postings that they have up that states anything as to you have to have your bag at the front door or leave it in your vehicle something along that lines. I asked that same gentleman when I went up to get a drink if there was a manager I was told no I asked if I could get a phone number he threw a business card at me. Now the worst part of the story is the fact that I actually called the 1-800 number mind you this was Friday and today is Wednesday and I have not heard anything from management which is totally unacceptable! For someone to have a business and wants the business to thrive and people have complaints and you don't contact them back in a timely manner is completely unprofessional and unwanted. I will never ever in my life give any money spend any money or even talk let alone look at another Bourbon Street for the rest of the time that I have here on this earth. I know that sounds extreme but due to the fact that I'm highly upset because of the simple fact that no one can make a quick phone call to me take care of my situation I would never ever set foot in their establishment again not that they care. Good luck all who venture to this particular location let alone the rest. Godspeed!
Not a bad place if you want a simple drink or food and some gambling. There's a nice lounge area with views of many TV's as well that make for a good spot to relax. Qent here on a Thursday night date and had plenty of space to have a good conversation. It's not too loud either.

The lady after midnight is the rudest. She won't even serve me saying it's two drinks an hour. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. 11-25-21 12:45
You couldnt play any of the arcade games. They are all disabled from COVID.
