I hate to write this, I mean I love Boba king but for the last couple of times I have ordered from them. They never make it right. I asked half sweet and they made it full sweet. Very disappointed. Probably have to start looking for other boba spot who can make the order right.
I thought I found a new boba spot . I was quick remind that I will be looking for a new location . The items are delicious the customer service is usually decent . Today the skinny girl with the outdated teal or blue)colored hair decide to snatch my currency. It seems she usually has a bad attitude. If you don’t like to interact with others especially people of color seek therapy. Just because you live a certain way doesn’t mean treat others with disrespect.
This place was once my favorite boba restaurant. Up till I realized they lacked diversity and seem to not be fond of their minority customers. The white-fairly skinned female this morning sounded annoyed while taking my son and I’s order and spoke in a monotone voice. The males every other day seem to not enjoy doing what they are paid to do either! Drinks are delicious but I would like to feel good consuming my beverage.
earlier this evening , the tall girl with glasses was rude. If you hate your job don’t work there . Not sure if she just didn’t want to take my order personally , but seemed like she wanted to get me out of the way and take the order of the woman behind me who , btw was of opposite race of me . Treat your customers equally boba king ! Come on!
Grab a card when they offer because you will be back!! After 10 drinks, you get 1 free! The service is great, the staff is young but super polite.No sitting area; inside or outside. No public restrooms. Masks are required.Now for the drinks:The milk tea is DAIRY FREE.They have popping boba, which is super flavorful.We haven't tried the slushies yet, but they tell us it's one of their most popular request. The strawberry milk tea is like melted ice cream, so good. To me, the chocolate tastes a little like coffee for some reason. The honeydew is my favorite; it's very refreshing. The boba is really delicious, very sweet. Prices are $4 for regular and $5 for large.
Best boba IMO. Thank goodness there is no sitting room because it smells really bad due to the out of order restroom
This boba king store has the best flavors and I recommend you go there because they have the best employees.
Go to Number 1. Boba instead.
Let me tell you, this place here is amazing. The Customer Service is beyond incredible. I'm coming back here everyday. The cookies-n- cream milk blend and strawberry-n-banana milk blend is amazing. Take some time and go here for a quick refresher. You won't be disappointed!!
No extra boba due to a boba shortage bummer! The place is hot inside, other than that there were fast. Felt like they needed more drink selection. The strawberry banana was good, the mango was a bit sour needed a bit sugar.
