Horrible customer service. These three girls had the worst attitude that I have ever come in contact with that it made me super uncomfortable!! I will never come back to this location ? & wanted to charge for sauce but gave out free juices. Very frustrating!!
This place is so hit or miss. I’ve been here 6 times and I’m honestly going to go to a different one. Love the food, but the employees have been great only twice. I’ve had my pizza made wrong twice, and the other 2 times they were super slow. One of the 2 times they had new employees so I’m not upset at that but it’s just frustrating to deal with all of these bad experiences.
We love it here. Great place to take the kids. And the price is perfect. It took me a minute to try this place. I wish I would have tried it sooner
It very sad to see that my food wasn’t handle with love and care today ?? I understand that this location is busy but I do not want to eat/ taste burn pizza, very disappointed.
My family of 6 came here on PI day and we’ll definitely be back! Amazing customer service from ALL the staff! They handled the long lines well! The pizza was hot and fresh just amazing! So good I couldn’t take a picture, lol!
I came in yesterday 2/20/2022 and I’ve got to say the staff was very nice and helpful they got us down the line very fast. It was a little messy in the back but it was very busy so I didn’t blame them at all. The pizza was very good it wasn’t burnt at all. I loved this place it was my first time coming I would definitely come again !!!
I came to blaze pizza last night on 12/19/2022, and I’ve got to say the employees yes did seem like kids it was a long line but they assured us that they would be getting to us and that they were sorry for the wait. they even offered to clean the line down for us and flip and fill before they made our pizza. This one lightskin young lady even got me and my girlfriend down the line fast. Overall the pizza was great.10/10 would come again.
This location is always hit or miss and miss more than hit depending on who's working. I noticed there is always lots of trash around the building. Maybe management is not always on site but food usually tastes consistently ok.Today there were a tone of kids making the food some were threatening each other and just sitting casually on the counters and standing around. It was uncomfortable to be in the building. They had to remake our pizza which in the pic was the worst one I've ever had from them.Will not be back unfortunately.
Placed a pkup order at 543 and 650 we were still waiting for 1 out of 2 pizza . This place used to be efficient and quality of food was excellent however there service has gone down. I will be talking to there regional manager and I will never use this location again.
Pesto cheese bread was delicious, pizza was good too but it took forever to place an order, waited 10 minutes just for the dough but overall was delicious
