Drove (20 min) 7 miles to get Arby's, paid $28 for sandwiches fries and drinks and didn't get the a' ju for the French dip. Called at the Mgr said it was my fault that I didn't check the order before I left. Not an apology ?
They were temporarily out of a lot of items my meal came up to $23 they forgot to give me my curly fries for my combo I had to drive all the way back.
The food was good. Waited for a good 50 minutes for our order. The people were pleasant. And I enjoyed the atmosphere.
I Haven't Eat Arby's In Over 18 Years But Took My Wife This Late Afternoon. I Wasn't So Happy With Their Service or Lack of Good Spirit or Politeness Or Even Great Customer Service To Make You Desire To Go Ever Go Back After Another 18 Years. Not The Best Service or Correct Attitude For Such Business. Their Boneless Wings Are Great To Try And The Small Bread With Wings Inside Are Also Great. The Rest Is Just Worth Trying. Over All I Would Only Take My Wife But I Wouldn't Waste a Second There or a Penny For Myself.
I understand about being ego friendly but the straws were horrible I could not even get my milkshake through it. The service was good.
This is the 2nd time that I've gone there to ATTEMPT to go inside this Arby's to TRY & order food. Inside hours close 10 p.m. I get there at 9:12 pm & door closed so you can't get in. Management No sign stating WHY YOU LOCKED DOOR???A womans purse on counter And another male employee mopping floor? My friend & I knocked on door in front And we went to side door & knocked there also.. We were ignored! What is going on with this location????
In times when most places aren't time efficient, this location has remained efficient and haven't sacrificed food quality. I appreciate being able to get in and out during my lunch hour. Thanks!
2 for $6 what a joke very little meat what a joke. I used to buy there al the time never had a problem whith this place. If you like more bread than meat. This place if for you. I will never go back to this Arbys!!!!!
The new menu features many many tasty items. People were courteous. My order was prepared quickly. I had the new fish sandwich combo with kinkel fries. Yum!
The cashier (I think he was new) kept overcharging me. I had a coupon. Finally, his manager came to ring up the order. The price was finally correct, but the other guy got the order wrong (they gave me the wrong sandwich. I got tired of waiting and told him it was OK.
