We had the absolute worst experience here yesterday. Our waitress was not only inattentive, but beyond rude. I had to ask 3 separate times for napkins, all of our party (of 4) had to ask for refills we never received, and when we received our food, one of the steaks was so full of gristle, they couldn't cut through it. We requested a new steak, received a ton of attitude, and then received the same inedible steak back, but it had been cooked more and covered in sauce.Our waitress was MIA for most of the meal, so I paid the bill, minus the steak so I could talk to her about the issues. She brought me a bill with half the food stoll on it and said I didn't pay for any of it. After showing her the receipt with everything on it, she rolled her eyes and went to get a new bill. When she came back 10+ minutes later, I told her the steak was inedible and asked if we could have it taken off the bill, or a new steak made. She said it wasn't her problem, and walked away.We will not be returning.
We ordered the 2 bourbon chicken with shrimp and mash potatoes, and spinach dip ( chips were in tiny pieces) my kids had tenders and Mac n cheese, the food took 1 hour to come out and you could tell it was sitting under the heat lamp, the chicken and Mac were dry, I had to ask a runner for utensils and another server for refills, our waitress took our orders and brought the check that’s it! The service was horrible.
Met a friend for lunch at this location because the one on Rainbow and Charleston was closed due to maintenance.We had Amber as our server and everything was wonderful. I didn't get a chance to finish a review on the kiosk because it tuned out while I was yapping. ?The whole experience was like back in the days of great service! Lol. Post COVID has been challenging in that area but Applebee's did it again. Thank you so much!
I hope you aren’t coming here expecting service, because the workers don’t want to greet you- they make eye contact and keep walking. That alone showed me that this restaurant doesn’t care about their customers- I’m a human being too, and being treated like trash doesn’t really feel great. Take your business elsewhere!
Great, could be better but I love their brownie bites. My dad loves their happy hour.Can't wait till they raise the pay for car side to go specialists -G
Took my brother there for lunch. It was quite busy but we had prompt service. Our food arrived in a short time. I had a southwest salad and he had a Mac and cheese bowl. Our food was delicious and plentiful. Both of us had iced tea. Bill came to $24 with tax. Sure beats the fast food places.
It took a while to get seated but the hostess was polite. Our server was nice, greeted promptly...I can't complain, we even got refills without asking...thank you
Happy hour is a must do. Great prices and half off appetizers. The steaks were not great, barely constituted as good. Next time we will have drinks and appetizers to fill up. Good servers also!
Very hungry; although the steak had no flavor it self it tasted good. The two orders were asked to be medium well, one was rare pink. Other than that, server was very accommodating and pleasant!
Great selection of food and prices. Anything you order there is excellent. The servers are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful restaurant.
