Its not exactly what you would get in Chicago, but its by far the closest to it here in Las Vegas. They have Excellent beef, hotdogs, fries, pizza pockets and their hamburger and gyros arent too bad either. That aside every employee i have ever interacted with here was beyond personable and friendly. Me and my family eat here at the very least twice a month, sometimes more. The quality of the food speaks for itself, you will never leave feeling horrible no matter how much you stuff inside you. To me thats the marking of true quality ingredients.

One of my favorite restaurants in Vegas because I love Chicago food. Love the decor, love the hot dogs, love the service. Been coming for years and hope to continue to come here for as long as I live in Vegas.
If you're a fan of great inexpensive hot dogs, sausage, beef, and burgers all set up Chicago style this place won't disappoint. Many friends from the Chicago area who moved here all say its just like home. Great quality food at fast food prices. You can't get better in Vegas.
I’m from Chicago, so I’m a harsh critic. But if you’re going to claim a beef sandwich to be “Windy City style” it better have outrageous flavor. And the proper bread. I got the #10, wet with sweet peppers. Disgusting. Could not eat it. The bread was dry even with the “wet” request and with Jus on the side. The beef tasteless. And the peppers weren’t sweet at all and were actually rancid tasting. Highly recommend skipping this place for the beef. Unsure of anything else on the menu.
I rarely get to Henderson but I took advantage of being in the area and called and ordered a sausage and beef sandwich I had of time. And I was taken back by the increase in price but from previous visits I knew it was going to be good. But I was wrong. The sandwich had no taste. There was a lack of meat on the sandwich which in previous visit was always pretty good. The sausage was enjoyable but I had asked for dipped and it was wet yes but there was no flavor to it. Rather disappointed and since I only get out that way every six months next time I’ll go somewhere else.
I lived in Chicago over 25 years so I was excited to try this place...I was quickly let down. The Italian beef is NOT Chicago style and it is a very bland tasting sandwich. Everything from the beef seasoning to the bun was wrong. The fries are bland as well. If you want a real beef and you ever make it to Chicago try Portillo's or Buona beef you will quickly find out windy city beefs are not legit. I do not recommend this place if you want authentic.
The staff at Windy City Beef and Dogs are always amazing! You are greeted with a great smile from everyone that is working!! They are extremely fast and always get your order perfect! Great owners too!! Best Chicago Dogs in town!
Absolutely fantastic!! One if the tastiest Chicago Dogs I've ever had! The fries wwre shoe string abd perfectly fried! Amazing staff! Highly recommended!
Oh my goodness! My family and I tried Windy City for the first time and we were amazed how good the food was! The customer service is top notch! Prices were great! We will be back!
