This location is busy. I get it. But they are also not properly equipped to deal with customers in the volume they get 24 hours a day being on Fremont. The workers are lazy. They don't work quickly or efficiently. You will wait hours for food. I think this location is great but the franchise owner clearly does not care how much the workers suffer. They need more workers and much more efficient process.
Of all the years I've been on earth this is my first trip to a White Castle. It didn't disappoint. I love those mini burgers with the rehydrated onions steamed into them and the small square buns. Vegas is known for their buffets and exotic food choices, but I'll take WC or anything off the strip all day long. I really don't like following the tourist trail when other options are available.
Tried the White Castle burgers on Fremont Street. Fremont is very casual and laid back. Lot of entertainment, music and smoking. I called it the land of tattoos. Saw a lot of great artwork on people. I personally prefer the strip but if you want to go wild out go to Fremont.The sliders come cooked in onions. I would add mustard and ketchup for more flavor. They give you packets. When you add mustard and ketchup they taste like McDonald's Cheeseburgers.
Double check, triple check, call them out for f'n your order up, no we're not wrong you ordered wrong. But my receipt says this... Yeah, do not come here... Pictures attached... Where are my chicken rings I ordered? I guess I can call CC company and deny charges right?...
It's White Castle. Speaks for itself. Just know it can get crazy busy here especially between 12am and closing (2am). We were in and out within 45 minutes with our to-go order. Plan ahead. Otherwise, it's what you'd expect from White Castle. Also, because this restaurant is in Vegas they do not allow alcohol into the premise. You must leave alcohol outside.
White castle fries do not come in one size, they had two. I had never tried white castle before and got 10 sliders. I didn't realize that east coast people enjoyed onions this much, there were so many!I really liked the people that worked there, they were very nice and friendly, but I wish they were serving better food.

The line wasn’t too long and it moved quickly. The food was very good exactly what we would expect from White Castle.
friendly service and fast, didnt get to eat the donuts cause they left them out of the bag and I didnt know they were part of my.order. maybe next time.
