Service was underwhelming and not friendly. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. The pretzels were bland and too doughy. I’ve had better versions of Wetzel’s before. A hard pass on this location.
Ridiculous soda prices - $3.29 for a small cup! It doesn’t cost them more than 10 to 15 cents!

Fresh pretzels, Good service most of the time and clean. Took one star off because it's a 50/50 chance If you go within 45 minutes, maybe even 30 minutes of closing time,they won't be making any more pretzels. If there's nothing left, they're already cleaning up and refuse to make anything or in the event that you would like something they do not have made they will tell you they won't make it, you can buy what they have left.

I was charged $4.50 for a soda. I will tell as many people as possible to not go to Wetzels and go down the street to Auntie Ann's. Your response to me of I hope you will give a 5 star rating next time is ridiculous and solves nothing.
This place has failed to advertise their closing / opening. They show open on Google Maps but still closed. Website has no information. Poorly managed.
Great place to shop, eat and just hang out.
