I just left this location and I frequently come here. First I asked for 2 almond crunch pretzels and 1 salted. The lady who rang me up made a mistake and gave me 2 unsalted and 1 salted. I asked her if she could fix it and she said she’ll make me 2 new ones. The pretzels she chose were brown and looked burnt to me. The girl wearing blue making the pretzels said to me that they are not burnt just brown (with attitude). I told her I don’t like pretzels like that. I then asked her for a refund. Before my experience she rolled her eyes at an another customer who was kindly asking for her order. Also, she threw away the pretzels that I was refunded, which I could’ve given to a homeless person so it didn’t go to waste. My experience was horrible.
Just went here. And usually the bag is full of pretzels bites but she said it should be half full. Which I'm ok with but my daughter and I get home and these are not even done and she didn't give me my receipt. But I did use my card and I will be up there to talk to management tomorrow. The lady even lied to me saying she put my jalapeños cheese sauce in the bag when clearly she did not. If my daughter or I get sick it's gonna be a real problem. I go here alot and this is the worst experience I have gotten. I will not spend my money there again.

So disappointing. Pretzel was burnt. Looking in the display we could see Pretzel dogs badly burnt so we had to chose something else. Unfortunately they gave us a burnt jalapeño pepperoni instead of the nice looking one. Also the original bits bag was 1/3rd empty. Other stores overfill their bags. The ladies rolling dough never looked up or engaged us while we watched. All just made for a cold transaction. I love the company and will definitely try them again but just needed to share this experience.
I didn't go here, but I tried a sample at a Walmart and it was good
