The rooms are decently priced for Las Vegas. Located right by the Las Vegas Convention Center which is great for group events. We have stayed here before and the rooms are always really clean. We had trouble with our plumbing, toilet/shower on the first night and had cold showers until we had a room switch. The manager Tracey was very kind and provided no resort fee the 1st night and took $50 off of our group rate for the 1st night. She also switched our room to a different tower the 2nd night. Our new room had older furniture but a nice hot shower with multiple shower heads and a bigger vanity area. There is a cool little gift shop/market downstairs which is open 24 hours in case you forget something. We have not had a chance to visit the pool area yet but it looks pretty nice and they have food service. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you Tracey! God bless
I have seen this band (High Rocktane) more than once at the Westgate and each time they get better and better. They truly put on a great show and get the crowd involved singing along and dancing. They play a perfect mix of classic favorites and new hits. If you're in Vegas on a Thursday night don't miss this band at the Westgate lounge.
Stayed here for the Celtic Convention. We’ve only ever stayed at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, so the very low price for rooms here, in comparison, I wasn’t expecting too much. I was wrong. We had one of the older rooms I believe but it was spotlessly clean, bed was amazing, sturdy and comfortable. For the price we paid I couldn’t fault it at all. Only thing is, you might need to be ok with sharing your space with ‘precious guests! ? Experienced shadows in my room (in the bathroom area) which I assumed was my husband, until he walked through the door with breakfast ??♀️ Slightly freaky! Although, I have to say being tapped on the shoulder while drinking coffee and no one being behind me, was also slightly unsettling! Never experienced anything like this in my life! Would definitely stay here again, I don’t mind sharing my space, as long as it’s not too scary ?
MR was very helpful! He escorted me to the location I needed to be at as I wasn’t familiar with it. I have been in Westgate many times, always a positive experience. Great energy! Thank you for excellent service!
Pros: close to airport (20 mins), buffet breakfast excellent. Cons: Unfriendly staff, queues everywhere, casino stinks of smoke, rooms not cleaned for days despite several calls to housekeeping. TIP: Ask at the desk for a reward card before you get there to get 50% off resort fees ($42 + tax per day otherwise). This card also gives you discount on breakfast. Uber much cheaper & efficient - pick up at back of Superbook.
Wow Maria was so great the whole week that we stayed there she made sure we had clean towels and the bed was made and everything was cleaned and wipe down thanks again Maria for a wonderful experience.
Every experience we’ve had with the staff had been amazing. They’re so kind, personable, and helpful. Especially Lyndia at the Front Desk! Would absolutely e recommend her to anyone and everyone. Such a great experience!
Fantastic Hotel This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and it was super clean and friendly and helpful staff, Wanda welcomed us at reception as we arived she provided extremely great Customer Service. I was disappointed that they had stoped the VIP Concierge Lounge, apparently due to Covid and wasn't re-opened, I was disappointed as I had enjoyed using this normal guest VIP facilities at our last visit, which I had paid a surcharge of $25 dollars per person and it had been the highlight of my holiday to feel that VIP status. However there was a VIP for OWNERS ONLY which obviously ruled me out.( I didn't feel it was fair to open the OWNERS ONLY yet not open the normal guest one. The Buffett Breakfast and Lunch was amazing as was the Sports Bar fast food court. The hotel corridors were quite noisy late at night with guests returning to their room but this was not for prolonged periods.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Ms Lyndia at the front desk is very professional and made me feel so appreciated and accommodating. I have never stayed at this property and now it will be my number one go to.
While I stayed in the resort I had a very very nice server and the manager was also THE BOMB. There names are: Armynne Your manager was completely also THE BOMB and her name is Vilma!!!! Wonderful wonderful hotel you have here
