Absolutely incredible. We just arrived and checked in and went straight to the restaurant and every bite of food was incredible. Loved it. I mean the quality of the ingredients and the balance of different textures and profiles and the cook level and the temperature were all fantastic.Every item I got was to die for. The lamb short rib was my single favorite bite. The juiciness and tenderness was within every fiber.The mixto Coctel was also amazing. The shrimp had so much firmness and bite to it. Even more than a lobster which feels like rubber in comparison. The give on the bite is almost a crunchiness.The Polenta was warm and cheesy and contrasted the charred octopus along with its bites of perfect little cherry tomatoes.And with dessert, the churro was incredible light airy and fluffy in the middle, when your tongue sticks in the edges of the churro flake away and you get a warm eggy aroma and taste.And finally the tres leches flan is so incredibly dense and flavorful and rich. Almost like a cheesecake but with the rich dark caramel flavor. Unbelievable experience.
This place was delicious and the wait staff was amazing. Carmen was my waitress and she was good to suggest items I may like and explain what some of the items were. I got the wagyu steak tacos and the quesadilla with chicken. Tacos were amazing for appetizer and the dessert churros were light and sweet for an end to the great dinner. Johnny the manager was very kind and checked in with us during the meal and also helped out with taking dishes back to the kitchen. It speaks volumes that the managers are working as a team along side their staff. Definitely will be a place we go back to when in Vegas!
Everything here was awesome. First, it's a new restaurant in a new hotel, so we walked right in. Wasn't busy at all. Service was excellent. Our server was polite, professional, friendly and accommodating. My girlfriend and I shared a Margarita flight. There were 5 different margaritas and they were all awesome. All fresh and no sugary mixes. We also shared guacamole, shrimp cocktail and a spicy shrimp dish. All were very good. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas.
The atmosphere, music, and service was really great! The food was really tasty however the Pulpo portion was too small in my opinion. $30 for just a few bites which caused me to have to order another appetizer to satisfy my hunger. The cocktails were also really good as well, only took one to get a nice buzz.We will most likely come back here as we are locals and like to go to the strip a few times per month for a nice meal!
Super good! Service was excellent!!! The chicken was like slow roasted. The tortillas were amazing! Rice mixed with the guacamole was a great combo! Overall it was a pleasant experience and the food was super good. I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit here.
This is a very well run restaurant and they operate as a team. Happy workers. Great vibe and enjoyable way to start the evening with drinks. The food is outstanding. From the chips and salsa to the entrees. My God he salsa! EVERYTHING is great! I went back several times. I recommend the marinated Red Snapper if you are a big eater (or want to share), but more importantly because the flavor of the fish and peppers is the best Red Snapper I have ever experienced. Went in on Monday for dinner, the experience is great, great drinks, great food. The prices are right. The flavors are on point & really authentic.
We got the chips n salsa and a breakfast burrito and it was all great! Salsa was very flavorful and you get refills. The burrito was delicious. I appreciated that they had an NA beer available too!
Really good!I highly recommend this restaurant,as the prices are reasonable,service was great and last but not least the food was great! From the warm chips and salsa,rice and the GREAT filet tacos.I’m definitely looking forward to dining there again.
Not great except for the service. Food was bland at best.
