I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt. But everytime with Vitality Bowls on Blue Diamond and Decatur, they always seem to disappoint. My daughter loves this place but when she puts an online order in and puts time of pick up, it's never done. It will typically take 20min or longer after the time specified to receive our order. Perfect example today was she placed 2 bowls at 1pm and time for pick up was 130pm. Well, it wasn't ready until 2pm. What's the point of an online order if you can't complete it. This is so frustrating to me. I'm not sure if it's worth the drive to come here but knowing that my daughter loves this place, I might give them another try. Might??
Worst service for months now always late or missing toppings, 45 mins late on one bowl last week, I place an order today on the app show up to the store it’s closed no one is in there at 10:30 am.. I’ve never left a review on google but you need it
After waiting for 2 hours for door dash to deliver.. we ended having to cancel and drive to the location to get it. Then after waiting 20 min to get the food the avocado toast was missing the tomato and the bowls we ordered had stuff on it that was not suppose to be on it. Bad experience all the way around.
Amazing place to eat healthy açai bowls. Charlie and the other employees were so kind and friendly. Totally recommended
Always a huge wait even when you arrive 20 minutes after the pick up time. Waited 40 extra minutes just for everything to be melted. Keep trying this place over and over. Today was the last time.
37 mins for a bowl. not a person inside! Seems like a normal day here. All recent reviews are very low very unfortunate..
Seriously this place is in desperate need of new management ASAP. Stop hiring people who do not care about this business as it reflects onto the customers. Negative experiences lead to less business. I placed an online order with since there is no way to get a hold of anyone inside the store through the phone, just to drive down there and be told they’re not open which was at 4 pm. I wasted my time and was told to come the next day which wasn’t possible due to my morning work schedule. I wrote an email and still continuously try calling the store to no avail. I'm pending my refund and do not want to keep giving this establishment business until they get their hiring and management situated. The food is amazing, but how you’re running this place isn’t at all.
Service was very slow for the cost the sandwich was very small and very little turkey. The employees were very nice but not very fast bathrooms needed cleaning.
It’s alright but for some reason I only live 2 min away and when I get home the bowls are always half melted already. Really only go here cause it’s close but prefer other places.
If there were a zero stars I will give it -0.All our order was messed up and they took for ever to serve. It is expensive and food is not good . Please DO NOT GO .
