My husband & I were there for our first mommy & daddy get away. We LOVE bloody marys & had ran across the Bull Rider Bloody Mary on the internet & as soon as we saw it we knew we had to check it out. The Bloody Mary was amazing! The brisket was some of the best Iâve ever had & the presentation of it all was 10/10. We also ordered breakfast that was incredible. The french toast was light & fluffy & the country potatoes with peppers were seasoned & cooked to perfection! We sat outside & it was great, a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors & people watch. Highly recommend.
First, I am mad at whoever made me eat so much delicious food. I was so full that I didn't eat until lunch the next day. Second, there are two different styles of bar-b-que. As my Mother explained to me as a child, there is wet and dry (smoked with various sauces). Virgil's has both. The food was so good I couldn't stop eating. There were three of us and we ordered and shared brisket and pulled chicken with Mac and cheese and baked beans, pulled pork and dry rubbed ribs with Mac and cheese and collard greens, smoked half chicken with potato salad. The mistake we made was ordering fried pickles as the appetizer or not having an empty stomach. The wait staff (Michelle and Holly) was fun and friendly, as if they were our friends and we were hanging at their house for dinner. Okay, I digressed. Virgil's is definitely worth the visit (rather you sit inside or out). Just make sure to go with an empty stomach. I will add this to my redo list! Great place to go!!!
Friendly quick service. Plenty of food. Pulled pork sandwich was delicious.
We ate here on 7/27/22 and was extremely pleased with this restaurant! Frankie was a big part of the great experience we had. The food was incredible. We started out with a small order of trash can fries and had the Texas brisket sandwich and it was so filling. I highly recommend this place and ask for Frankie!
Great food, found having searched online for âbest ribs in Vegasâ, Ribs were awesome as was the burger. Excellent service and a nice location. Just a little high on price.
Hunted for ‘best ribs in Vegas’ online and Virgil’s came back with good reviews so we booked a table. The location is brilliant. Lots going on at the Linq Promenade; very cosmopolitan. We were seated straight away and drinks / food order taken quickly. Food arrived quickly too. Ribs were outstanding. Not bathed in cheap BBQ sauce (although sauces were available on the table). Ribs were amazingly deep and smoky in flavour. Burger was huge and really well cooked. Drinks, sides etc were of a high standard. Well worth a visit.
