Good , fantastic ð
Delicious food and great service. Best salmon ever and you have to have the beet salad if you like beets.
Our waitress Danielle was fantastic and the hostess knew it was a special occasion so we waited a few moments and got a beautiful table in the back. The lamb and salmon were delicious and we loved the twist on the tiramisu it was chocolate!!
Always lovely! The noise level is difficult to visitâ¦ð¥¹ Could you put in acoustical absorption maybe in the walls or ceiling?
Celebrating a family birthday that evening. They tried to seat us at a noisy table next to the bar. We really didnât want that noisy location and they graciously seated us in a quieter location. From there on the food and service were exceptional! Everyone was very kindâ¦canât say enough positive things!
Always great food and great service! One of the best local places in town.
First time at Vintnerâs Grill. We went for a late lunch and made a Rez because we werenât sure how busy it would be. Parking was easy. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who sat us right away at a fabulous table. The ambiance was light and inviting. The service was impeccable. After our appetizer the manager informed us of a slight mishap in the kitchen and that one of the entrees would be a few minutesâ wait. He gave us the option to wait or order another dish. We opted to wait and he brought us an octopus appetizer in the meantime. I highly recommend it!!! It was out of this world. Our entrees were equally delicious. The dessert menu looked phenomenal but we decided weâre going back JUST for coffee and dessert. The next time we visit we hope to try out the bar. I highly recommend this hidden gem in what looks to be a business park
We've been to the VG many times, but last night was pretty poor. The service was intermittent and definitely a drop-off from "the good old days." Example: VG formerly had a "bread person" who would visit the table and offer from a basket of different bread, but that has apparently gone away. Last night, we kept expecting bread at the table (after we had ordered our meal and already eaten our appetizer) and then the entrees arrived. I asked the server if there was supposed to be bread and he quickly returned with a modest piece of bread, wrapped in cloth and sliced into 6 pieces, along with a couple of different butter & oil options. I couldn't tell whether the bread had been forgotten or if it was now only on a "by request" basis, but either one is a bad look for what we always considered to be the nicest restaurant in Summerlin. The wait staff was not teenagers -- our "team" was two middle-aged men -- so it couldn't have been inexperience... The food was still good and the atmosphere is still there, so we may give VG another shot, but last night was not the best.
We live here and like the service, both lunch and dinner. The last time was no exception. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The white tablecloths add to the ambiance. Weâve eaten lunch there many times and Iâve had all of the sandwiches at least once. Never a disappointment. Love the bar in there. The dinner menu is outstanding with many fish and meat options. Last night the crab cake appetizers were cooked perfectly for us. My brother and I had scallops while wives had the halibut. All of us loved the meal. We got two desserts, cheesecake and crème brí»lée, and loved them as well. For the first time we tried cocktails weâve never had because the choices looked interesting. We highly recommend this restaurant and is one of our favorites. Thereâs nothing they can do about the only negative: people like the folks next to us coming to this nice restaurant in blue Jean shorts and tee shirt.
Seems to have gotten more pretentious. Server (apologetically) had asked us to speed up ordering at table because they were busy. We had ordered drinks and appetizers already⦠then went to bar after and my friend was told by the manager her barstool was too far away from the table and too close to the people dining behind her. Iâve been going here for years as I work nearby. For the ridiculous amount of money you spend, itâs not worth it anymore. Iâll go to T Bones or Honey Salt.
