It's clean and the staffing nice. Also the froyo is delicious!
Love the atmosphere, clean, inviting and friendly. Love the different flavors of frozen yogurts. I have gone more than three times already and even took my kids at a different time, they loved it too.
I like yogurt and ice cream.
ALWAYS CLOSED! I would absolutely love this place if it was ever open. Edit the hours or something, because it's 6 pm on a Monday. They are supposed to be open until 10pm. I've tried going to this place at least 4 times because the caramel apples are bomb, but I have only been able to get in ONCE because this place is ALWAYS CLOSED.
Definitely a good place to visit. The yogurt is delicious and by serving yourself there is a lot quicker time waiting.
Employees at this location, especially those working on this particular Sunday 8/7/21 @ 5:45pm-6pm, needs to be properly trained by U Swirl company. They are violating the HIPAA law by asking costumers "what kind of health condition do you have?" It is NONE of their business or anyone else's "what health condition do people have?" They are being paid $10-$12 an hour to work at a yogurt store... and they need to stick with what they do, serve and check out. The company needs to properly train their employees. Not serving customers with a health condition is against the law, and they could potentially be sued by the customers. So train your employees properly.
We LOVE U-Swirl & especially this location. We have created many yogurt hang out memories in the last few years in this particular location. I love getting the promo texts to save on yogurt. We are a family of 5 Yogurt Monsters, so it really helps! Haha!
Good ice cream and toppings. Bad service, especially one girl that didn’t care to check our rewards and had a laughing face about us asking. She didn’t know how to check the rewards and didn’t care to do it either. It was our favorite place, but won’t be back again.
Soft-serve frozen yogurt with lots of different toppings. Sold by weight (which can end up being a $20 charge. Possibly more.). The flavors were tasty. Coconut and Sea Salt Caramel where the best, separate or together.
The frozen yogurt was very good and the area was clean. When we went to sit down, the table was dirty and there was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser. There were 3 employees in back on their phones so we figured they just didnt care. We advised them of the issues and one of them came out immediately and filled the sanitizer. I suppose they cleaned the tables after we left, who knows. Slackers.
