Jasmine and Kevin , our servers were the best. Both very nice and informed. Pablo, and Vannia the management team are excellent. Good customer service. Raymond the bartender is glorious! Pablo knows his wine, that’s for sure. Also, after dinner we all (4) went into the lounge. Tom Mazzaro was entertaining. Wonderful show. Talk about customer service! Yessi, the cocktail waitress has to be one of the best in town! Atenative, and nice, polite and not to mention beautiful. Andrew, the bartender on duty Saturday night makes the best lemon drop martini’s in town. Kudos Tuscany!
Absolutely superb. The veal is the best we have ever had.
We've been here several times and always loved it. A few months ago, menu prices took a big jump. With Covid recovery and a shortage of personnel, we weren't too surprised. Linda was our server last night and did a fine job. We ordered the seafood tower that was on the menu. Sorry...they don't serve that anymore. However, they could serve an appetizer of shrimp and chilled crab legs for the same price. Hmmmm...no oysters or lobster though. We still said yes because we wanted it. Well...sorry, but the crab wasn't cooked and they would have to cook and chill it. So, we settled for shrimp cocktails. The hearts of palm salad was delicious, then came the signature lasagna. The sauce, as usual, was great, but there wasn't any lasagna noodles that we could find. First time that we've been disappointed in our meal.
Food and service were both very good!
Been coming here for years. When we came at Christmas service was ok, very interrupting at times. This time service was very slow and not paying attention to details. One diner didn’t get her dinner until 15 minutes after the rest. Server apologized but didn’t offer to deduct anything from our $450 tab. Ordered dessert, one to go and one to eat. Like 30 minutes we received it. Service wasn’t where it should be. We had our 50th wedding anniversary with 17 people off the menu all dinners came at same time. Had Christmas there with 13 people 2020 in the bar area across the hall and food and service was excellent. I think you need to start implementing new procedures on managing and training personnel for a restaurant.
