It just wasn’t good. Service was awesome, but food was so far below standard. We had 7 people plus appetizers and no one really liked what they got. Totally a bummer. Wouldn’t recommend. So many great options, wouldn’t waste your time here.
Recently visited here for brunch on a Sunday. Pancake lovers will not be disappointed. The brisket Benedict was mouth watering good. Our server Kevin was top notch. Food prices were $12- 20 for breakfast. Bloody Mary's were $12 or bottomless for $25.
It might be hiding but it’s worth a stop if you see it!
The beer was honestly terrible. The only sample I could get close to finishing was the Hefe. The session saisonwas bitter, it almost tasted like the keg has been skunked. The oatmeal Stout was also too bitter. Not smooth at all like a scout should be and the flavor was just very harsh. The wild berry ale was sour which I normally like, but this had a flavor that was literally just disgusting and also tasted like The keg was skunked. I have a picture of before and then after to show you how much of each thing I actually was able to choke down to make sure that I gave it a fair review.
Stopped in for brunch. The staff was talking so much to each other they did not open on time. Food was average at best. Had the breakfast burrito and could only eat 1/2 of it due to the taste. Husband had the Brewer's Breakfast and that was better than my meal. Diana, the server was more interested in talking to other staff members than waiting on us. We sat for a while with nothing to drink before she noticed.
Good beer at good prices for Vegas standards. There happy hour is great. 7 tvs in view of you sit at the right spot at the bar. Service is good. 24 ounce craft beer for $10 3-6 (roughly). Favorite drinks spot on the strip so far.
The beer and food are great here. Just to be expected it is a little pricey but that's food on the strip. Service was great at first but when it came to getting a refill, the bar tender seemed more interested in talking to co-workers. Otherwise great.
The wife and I have been going to Vegas for over 20 years and have experienced the full spectrum of what Vegas has to offer. What a let down trustworthy was. The beer was weak, the food salty. The real let down was the lackluster and selective service by our bartender. Skip trustworthy brewery since you can find better beer, food and definitely service anywhere else in Vegas, on and off the Strip.
Had a very good experience here, all the food was delicious. I spent the same amount of money at other restaurants in Vegas, but the food and beer here was much better. I would go here again.
Great tasting IPAs. The Pasta Alfredo is really tasty. And you have to come during happy hour to get great deals on select appetizers and 2 dollars off specialty Beers. Definitely recommend this lunch spot.
