Used Postmates. Messed up on my order. You can see they tried scraping off the pesto instead of being lazy and making a new one. Sides were missing. Overly priced, poorly made.
I go to Tropical Smoothie all the time. I'm aware of what the smoothies are supposed to taste like. This particular location must be making their Smoothies with 80 percent ice, because the Smoothie has almost no taste to it. Yet another example of shadow inflation. This is the second time it's happened at this location in less than a month. So I ended up paying 13 dollars for blended ice. Will not be coming to this location again. Please do better!
The smoothies and food are as advertised, but I wish the managers would hire people how actually want to work here. Every time I come here the line is unbelievably long and the cashiers sound like they had to sign over there souls for $12 an hourEdit: don’t come here!!! Waited 30 mins for a runny smoothies
Ordered a mango magic because I’m allergic to strawberries and I’m aware most of the drinks contain them, but I received whatever this is, with strawberries, even though it was supposed to be mango magic.
Absolutely horrible experience. Ended up waiting in line for almost 20-25 minutes, and it wasn’t even busy when I pulled up, probably two cars ahead of me. Had to wait a few more minutes at the window before the guy took my card to pay, which then took even longer to get my food. I wasnt going to write this post initially because of the wait time, I understand the staff shortage struggle; but I came home and opened this and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a chipotle chicken club, and ended up getting just chicken cheese and the sauce; Im missing half of my ingredients! I tipped and didn’t even urge them to rush, but I regret coming in and will not be coming back.
Great location, I've been to all kinds of different locations here in vegas, almost all are either under staffed, out of product, or have an issue. This one for how busy it was, was professional, speedy, and accurate. Extremely satisfied with my smoothie, food, and service. Best location I've been to so far.

The smoothie wasn't that great either but that could've been the one I chose. The employees weren't that friendly either until I tipped. Probably wouldn't return to this location but will continue to dine at Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but this is the last time I will visit the Farm Rd. location. I don't think I've ever waited less than 25 minutes at this place. Today was 45 minutes. That's insane. I never have this problem at their other locations, which I will continue to go to. I don't know if it's staff shortage, but I won't be back.
My DM IS Better Than YoursLet me just say, Blake is my guy! How many GM’s do you know will personally deliver food for you? None! That’s who!!! Blake helped me fix a mistake that I made. He delivered his food to him prior to his football game at Arbor View. Please keep in mind, all he started out doing initially was answering the phone. This guy is Amazing! He was a true life saver that day. I was out of town and my husband was not going to make it from the base in time.Thank you Blake!
