I ordered a watermelon mojito smoothie today, but asked for the strawberries to be taken out as I am allergic and to replace with mango. I also asked to take out the watermelon as I did not think it would taste good with the mango. Despite waiting 20 minutes for the person in front of me to get their order, I get my order and it is the normal watermelon mojito smoothie with the strawberries. This is the 2nd time this month this has happened. I am so over this location.

Drove through the drive through and not an answer. Sat waiting for about 5 minutes…nothing. We drove over to check the hours of operation on the door and sure enough the drive through was open until 12pm..mind you it’s just after 10pm now. I decided to go back through and drive up to the actual pickup window. They final decided they couldn’t Ignore me and told me the speaker was broken and took my order. I highly doubt the speaker was broken. Why was there not a sign put out saying so? I’m sure they just wanted to clean up and get out early. This all happened on Saturday June 11th. Change your hours of operation if you want to close two hours early.

I am still in shock actually of my visit last week.I wish the workers would just measure the ingredients and there would be no issues I'm sure .I ordered my same smoothie as always and my daughter got something else . We went through the drive thru and left but when i drank it I could tell it was overly sweet . Pretty sickening actually but we were close to home so I figured I'd give to my g son . He also said yuk . Too sweetSo I decided to call the store for a remake but was hung up on after I told the girl the issue. She laughed at me the 3rd call saying bad connection. ( doubtful). She thrn tells me that I complained before and they want me to take my business elsewhere. I said excuse me ? I was in shock. I had complained 1x before ever ! I said I'd Lome to speak to a Mgr and she said she was the Mgr. I said I don't believe you because she was 1st of all hanging up on me 2x then telling a paying guest to go elsewhere that they don't want my business. She offered her name proudly and even spelled it out. SERENITY...I told her I would be sure to let the person above her know how she treats their guests.It's really annoying because this location is super convenient but it's a hit or miss on taste . 7$ a smoothie is a nice chunk and very aggravating when you purchase and it's a waste of money and time . I really hope you guys turn this location around soon . I guess I won't be back there since she was so rude and falsely saying I complain too much because I have never even talked to her before .

The drive-thru at this location opens at 0600, I usually come by around 0615-0630 and about 75% of the time it isn't open yet.

First let me say that there was two employees (one manager and a helping hand) at this location around 12pm on 4/4/2022. With that being said there was NO REASON for the lobby to be CLOSED AT ALL. I can understand if there was ONLY ONE person working at the moment.Bailey Dimich (who is the MANAGER) was very unprofessional and wasn't understanding to the fact that I'm a truck driver and I can't take me 18 wheeler through the drive-thru. She was very argumentative and had the nerve to tell me that I had to WALK through the drive-thru (which is a SAFETY HAZARD) to order a smoothie.When I asked can I have the DISTRICT MANAGERS name and number she was very reluctant to give me that information so I can file a complaint against her for being UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE and WASN'T UNDERSTANDING about the situation that was at hand.If I can give NEGATIVE STARS then I absolutely would. This was my WORST experience coming to this Tropical Smoothie location.

My smoothies were terrible. They tasted like ice.. My food was labeled incorrectly. Instead of biting into a buffalo chicken wrap, I bit into a shrimp wrap. I don't eat seafood. You can imagine how disgusted I was.. There was no one in front of me. No one in the lobby. So they weren't busy.. Definitely a waste of $40.

Slow drive thru but nothing compared to BK across the streetAlso when did we start tipping for fastfood??? The company should pay them fair wages

As much as I love my smoothies, I am regularly disappointed with this location. I order the exact same thing each time...and when the girls are working, I never know what I'm going to get. It is NEVER the same. However, when the boys are working....I get EXACTLY what I want and it's great! Would love to get more consistent product.

I typically have a pretty good experience at this location but tonight was very bad!1. I wasn't greeted, I actually had to say something.2. When I gave the employee my card to pay, he gave me my receipt but not my card?.. I asked my son where my card was because I knew the employee didn't give it back to me and almost as if he was waiting to see if I'd notice, he gave me my card and tried to act like it was an accident. That alone was enough to make this a one star experience but the cherry on top was..3. The smoothie sucked!! I have to constantly remind the employees that this particular smoothie comes with an edible straw AND my straw was broken!! I would love to speak to the owner because I am a frequent visitor. P.s. that employee ( some careless teenager) needs to be disciplined!!

Wanted something to eat and a smoothie, went two hours before they closed and apparently all the machines for the sandwiches were off. I just think the teenagers working were to lazy to make anything because everything we asked for they were apparently out of or they couldn’t make it cause their machines were off. When we passed the drive though window it looked like the employees were just goofing off inside. I think tropical smoothie just hires lazy people that don’t want to make anything.
