The service was very good and extremely quick. We didn't have tons of food, but we were in and out within an hour. Our server was great and accommodated our daughters food restrictions quite effortlessly. She also had excellent suggestions for my wife and I. We really enjoyed ourselves and it was my wife's birthday and they brought out a plate full of different cookies for her to enjoy. They were scrumptious. We shall be back to try different menu selections as there were more very interesting sounding things on the menu that we didn't try tonight.
Stayed at the Virgin Hotel for my sister's birthday, we had reservations on the other side of the hotel at a different restaurant but didn't want to walk that far. Olives was close to our room & caught our eyes upon passing. With no reservations we were treated so special. I was pleasantly surprised with an amazing table and the manager Andy( I think this is his name) offered us a bottle of champagne. It was absolutely delightful. Our waitress was well versed on the menu and kind. The food was amazing & to top it off we received dessert at the end of our meal with a candle for my sister to blow out. The ambiance in Olives is relaxing and luxurious. I can't wait to visit again. The bar looked beautiful. I have lived in LV for 1 year & this is my #1 restaurant currently. From the time we walked through the doors till the end of the meal we received an excellent dining experience. Well done Olives!
Meatball is tender, moist and flavorful, sauce is well balanced between sweet and salty. The most requested beef carpaccio never disappoints … probably the best we have had, instead filet mignon, they used sirloin for a more intense flavor… angnolotti with lemon ricotta and veal filling and veal juice is good too. Just a hint of lemon which adds a little freshness to this originally rich dish. It is obvious that Todd is a genius when it comes to his expertise…
We had the most amazing meal last night. Chef Todd English has done an amazing job. The appetisers are the best in Las Vegas. The Beef Carpaccio is the one of the houses mainstays and is the absolute best. Also don't forget the Honey Cake & Serruga Cavier is beyond exceptional.
My husband brought me to Olives for my birthday dinner this weekend and all I can say is Wow!Our server Michael was amazing! The two pear martini was to die for! Food was 10/10! The bar area has a lounge Piano singer which made it such a vibe! We will be back!!
Friendly, polite staff, which is 80% of the restaurant experience for me. High-end food for reasonable cost. The view of the water fountains made it a great experience. We stumbled upon it and I can’t recall what we were doing in that casino. We haven’t made it back, but will definitely keep it in mind.
Having moved over from the Bellagio, Todd English continues to deliver amazing service, atmosphere, and delicious food that I have to write home about! From the daily special mussels to the Bronx bomber pizza and everything in between, the dining experience here is unlike any other and I’m so glad there’s a spot like this off the Vegas Strip that’s easier to access for an incredibly memorable dinner!
The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are huge. You can vibe to the live music while watching dough being prepared in large ovens. There are lovely French sommeliers who can get you to buy anything they recommend with that delicious accent. Croutons in the Caesar salad where the largest I had ever seen and yet you could cut into them very easily. The service was outstanding altogether. The waiters are fun and interesting to talk to. The live entertainment was Stellar. Very good restaurant.
Great service and amazing food!
The setting is a far drop from Bellagio, however the food is still delicious. I've had beef carpaccio all over the word, and Todd has the best recipe, so I was excited to see he reopened Olives in Vegas. The staff was super friendly, not to knowledgeable about Chef and his Restaurants though. Regardless, it's all about the service and quality of food, which they delivered.
