I was really hoping to try this place's menu. Sadly, I didn't get to. Allow me to explain...Last Sunday morning on May 22, 2022... My wife, my son and I walked in and were seated right away. The gal said our server will be with us shortly. 3 minutes go by, no server yet.We saw 2 other parties come in, and they got seated right away too. Their server approached them immediately and took their orders. We continue to wait for our server another 5 or 6 minutes. By then, those 2 other parties are enjoying their coffee, and still... nobody has come to our table yet.We decided that we'll give them 1 more minute. Nobody showed up. Disappointed, we got up and walked out the door. The hostess didn't even say anything to us on the way out. Not even a, "Thanks, come again!", nothing....I insist you go to "RISE & SHINE" down the street instead, folks. That's what we ended up doing. People actually pay attention there. They also provide amazing service and great food!
We had a wonderful time. The staff is super! And the food, amazing! I highly recommend this to locals and tourists alike it's off the beaten path there so go to the fort Apache location and try the stuffed crepes with sausage and egg and then you have to add mushroom and spinach and bacon and oh my God that is amazing! Also I tried the bacon stuffed waffle with pecans on the side and that was simply perfect!
Would definitely go there again. Even though they were busy, our experience was excellent. All the staff were friendly and professional. Our server was just amazing. Friendly and attentive. The food was great too. This place is a very well run restaurant. Impressive.

Visited the Original Pancake House twice within and eight day period. Had appointments in the area, so why not! I can highly recommend the world famous Apple Pancake. It's enough for two people to enjoy but usually, my partner has it solo! I enjoyed a breakfast on one visit, and a burger on sour dough bread the next visit. I enjoyed everything but the coffee. I found it to be weak.
The omelets are baked in oven, puffy, and light, but huge. I had the Western and my husband had the Spanish. Both come with the option of toast or pancakes. And their syrup is warm, a must for great pancakes. We could have split the plate. Required a mask, but not by everyone.
Variety of breakfast and brunch items. Portion size is huge and lots of pancake options, waffles, omelette, etc crepes were the best and they have a variety of them too.
Wow, this place is a real piece of work. We had a reservation set for 11 AM one day. It was for a larger group, so we checked several times ahead of time to make sure it would still be ok and were told it would be fine. When we got there at 11, there was nothing ready for us. This can be understandable, but by the time 11:30 rolled around, it was clear these people were not properly organized. When our group expressed some frustration at the poor "service", the owner went into a blind rage. He was screaming at the top of his lungs in the face of a 90 year old man, threatening to physically assault him. I've never seen anything more disgusting in my life. This man doesn't deserve your business. Take your business elsewhere, please. There is a wonderful breakfast place just around the corner that took care of us beautifully after this incident.
This place has great staff and food. It is a feel-good kinda place.
Food was amazing, service was a little slower than expected. German pancake and enough lemon and powdered sugar to make you think you’re eating something illegal. It’s that good. Particularly loved then bacon lover’s entree. Don’t judge me.
