Nice hotel and views but no refrigerator nor coffee pot. They had nice restaurants but hardly no shops. Location was great to all other hotels. Hotel clean but missed one day cleaning. Uber was right outside the hotel.
great slots beautiful hotel rooms very clean great food and wonderful staff. Our son is 12 he loved the roller coaster and the video games. the pool was so cool clean and relaxing. Something for everyone. Looking so forward to our return visit. New York New york has everything.
20 minute wait for every elevator ride. Dated rooms. Woken up in the middle of the night by security, “searching for a noise complaint”. Fire alarms set off and then elevators were locked. No stair access to deal with this **** show.
I've stayed in a couple of the big hotels in Vegas and found this one to be the best. The atmosphere is awesome with streets that look like NY. Its was very easy to get around inside, ride share/Uber were easily accessible, close to the Crack Shack (which was awesome).
great staff great service outstanding hotel and food the hotel was very clean and the casino was easy to navigate. the staff at check in and check out really cared about your experience. I will definitely come back
Nice place, closed to other attraction, service and food excellent. very familiar, good places and attractions for kids, the only thing i didn't like was the bed and pillows are like rock, not contactable at all
The room and bathroom were visibly dirty upon our arrival with the table between the two beds having debris, the areas on the carpet surrounding the bases of both beds with trashy type debris and the entire bathroom wall below the light switches dripping with visible gunk. I tried not to complain and just to go with the flow because this type of dirt was obviously visible to staff prior to our arrival. I regret my decision as I tested positive for COVID-19 two days after my arrival home. I have three vaccines and I am a nurse and have worked in healthcare for the last two years and never contracted the illness. I felt like the obvious dirt was not tended to when it had to be observable by staff and therefore I felt their standard was low and they would not have welcomed a complaint. As I said I regret not complaining
Looking for fun place to stay at an affordable price New York New York might be for you. If you are a young adult or an older one New York New York is the perfect place to stay. There is a wide selection of great quality restaurants and bars located within the casino. As well as a fun little bar with a singer that opens up at night. If you like to gamble the casino floor has a wide variety of slots and table games as well as a small but entertaining high limit lounge. The atmosphere of the casino feels cool and casual. It's a good place to stay.
Check in and Check out were easy and fast, Casino floor is still one of the nicest in Vegas. Many restaurants for all tastes and budgets, with very good wait staff in all. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and brought us things quickly. The negatives revolve around the room and hallways and would make it hard for me to suggest a stay here to anyone. You immediately see the rooms are not being kept. Other things that greeted us was the drain plug was pulled from the sink, because it's clogged and fills up immediately..instead of someone fixing it. I have never seen so much dust on everything in a hotel room before. The bathroom floor was very sticky, they don't offer a fridge in the room we stayed in, but it seems very common in other hotels in most rooms if not all. The AC was weak. It luckily kept up, but it was not what you would expect from a hotel room. Also there was no ice bucket in the room. The hallway had little bits of paper and other things on the floor the entire stay...never heard or saw a vacuum being run in 5 days.
Want to thank him very much for making our stay special. It was my twins 2-Ms bday and he took care of us and gave them a free coaster ride. They were excited! TY for taking the time out to make their time special.
