Really good food I had the beef platter and my son had the chicken platter small size plenty of food
I am shocked at how much I liked the chicken platter. I ordered delivery on Uber eats and they got 99% of my order correct including the extra chicken. Only thing they forgot was the cutlery I requested. When I order delivery and request extra meat I am used to them not doing it but Hala guys did. The white sauce was delicious the taste of the chicken also delicious. When I went to NY I didn’t eat here cause I thought I wouldn’t like it. I wish I had one close to my house I would eat here at least weekly. The fries were also good and they were just warm not hot. I rarely ever eat fries that aren’t hot but I ate every single one of these. The regular chicken platter was a huge portion.
It was a nice gyro! Very filling. The service was good, can't complain.
I just touched down in Vegas and door dashed from this place. Man am I impressed. It is delicious to say the least! I ordered the chicken and stake gyro platter. It came with this delicious white sauce and hot sauce. I haven’t even finished eating yet bc I had to write this to let y’all know how good it was. Definitely try it if you have not yet. Great Mediterranean food!!!!
The food tasted fine however you know somethings a miss when you feel like absolute garbage a few hours after eating it…You pay $15 for a sandwich and the least you expect is atleast a decent quality of beef. People just slap on a name like ‘Halal’ and just to bring people in thinking it’s good meat. I only ever feel this way after eating low quality meat and this place seems to be low quality. Never again. Save your money and spend it at a place that takes pride in their craft and service.
I’ve never ate food like this in my life....because it was so disgusting and atrocious. So bland, cold, and unappetizing. They only have about three menu options and they’re all somehow bad. The beef looks like horse meat and the chicken looks and IS so bland. All of the meat is somehow dry and wet at the same time. Looks and tastes like the chef took a s*** on a piece of pita bread and wrapped it in foil. The platters were equally as bad. The rice was flavorless and the pita bread was soggy along with the vegetables. Everything was flavorless. The customer service was also terrible, gave us the wrong order at first. Don’t even think it was halal, no halal chicken I’ve ate tastes like THAT.
The food quality and quantity was really good. Loved the taste. But if you don't like too spicy food, stay away from the red chili sauce. I like medium spicy food still it was spicy for me. But overall will recommend the food.
I got the combo platter, the meat was dry, old, and cold. Nothing like the gyros on the East coast (New York etc). They charge for everything!!! I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for breathing inside their store. 2 starts only because it was Halal (hopefully!)
We all know this place has some good food. If you've been to the cart in NY, you know about this place. And you know it's pretty much the same thing. Super fast and friendly service. Super efficient they way they get your meal ready. And you can't forget the white sauce. It's a must have. They even have a bigger white sauce that you can order. I just wish they would open a location in Henderson =)
They missed placing the eggplant hummus in my order not once but 2 consecutive times. I let it go the one time but it happened again. The guy I spoke with on the phone acknowledged that it was missed and that they’d make up for it. When I finally I was able to drive back to that side of town I was told I couldn’t get it without a receipt. I always don’t take restaurant receipts as I don’t want the wads of paper nor do I expect to have to return. For this cheap menu item/side they refused to perform the customer service. Never coming back after having been a client of several visits throughout the year when I happen to be in the area. Really? I manage a business too, not only did you mess up twice, you don’t care to make up for it. Literally a side item.***Update: My review was actually responded to within 24hrs which I wasn’t expecting and upper management took the time to address this with me directly and strive to improve the approach at said location going forward which I appreciate and will give them credit for by upping my review from 1 to 4 stars at this time for the effort.
