This location has a gentleman in a blue shirt that is absolutely the worst. I would have put his name if I knew it. My husband and I just visited this evening and ordered two salads and two orders of tempura green beans. The salad comes with one ranch and each tempura green bean is supposed to come with a ranch. The gentleman told us that was all of the ranch that he’s allowed to give a customer even though we offered to pay for additional ranch due to me not liking a dry salad. The gentleman was rude. They also made our order to dine in and we ordered it to go and when he was putting our order in the bag he literally spilled the first order of tempura green beans in the bottom of the bag. I honestly do not write reviews, however, this was such a bad experience that I had to write this one. Can anyone tell me if there is a ranch dressing shortage? What is the big deal?
Best Burger when it's cooked fresh. The order was not good. Eat there for best Value. They burned the Onion rings. Why serve food, you wouldn't eat? Great Brand when they care. I'll try another one.
I've never been inside this location but I feel like it would be a second home. There's so many wonderful meals inside me know.. and since every other Habit location has been delightful, I feel like I can rate this on just the important part.. DELICIOUS food Uber'd to my house regularly.
Staff here are excellent and friendly. Even with the tedious repeating back of the menu, the order wasn't what I asked for, but the manager tonight, Uriel, was awesome and made a whole new order for my trouble. Excellent service, excellent food and friendly service, definitely 5 stars, definitely coming back!
Great food and pleasant staff.
I’ll start by saying the food was good. Restaurant was clean and staff was nice and professional…however… we almost did not eat here. We pulled in and parked and noticed an employee of one of the restaurants emptying garage. We then proceeded to walk up and she walked past us with her garage bin through the front door while opening the door with the same gloves on she used to empty the trash. So now every person touching that door handle will be touching garbage.
This spot is always good. Been eating at the Habit from my Cali days. Glas they finally opened in Vegas. The California Con salad is really good and also their combo burgers and you cant go wrong!
Just had their charburger and tempura green beans for the first time! It was really good. Will go again!
What passes for good food in this country is a crying shame. It's clear the people behind this lousy burger stand don't give a flying F. The burger was cold as though the patty was three hours old, poorly constructed, it seemed to have been dropped on the floor and rewrapped. How hard can it be to make a hamburger? These poor people who work here are in for a long hard life. My five year old can do circles around these very untalented jokers. Don't respond to this review. You won't get any response back.
Ordered a vegetarian burger, the portobello mushroom char burger, a half and half side of onion rings and french fries and ceasar salad. I has requested no garlic aioli substitute mayonnaise on the char burger and sourdough bread instead of the bun on the veggie burger. No tomatoes on either burgers. So most of the order was done correctly, I didn't get the sourdough bread on my veggie burger, and the portion sizing on the side caesar salad is smaller now, which was disappointing.Both burgers were well seasoned and tasted great.Parking is a bit congested since this restaurant is next to the El Rio Mexican restaurant also. The habit does have a drive thru, so you can order via drive thru, walk in, dine in available or thru the app food delivery services.I wish they offered a turkey burger selection also, but I've only experienced this option in the Santa Barbara CA hamburger habit restaurants personally. They are very delicious and a nice substitute from mahi, beef or chicken options offered on the menu..Will definitely revisit for my HH food cravings in the future.
