I am a regular customer both in-store and catering. Used to love them but not sure what's happened. The last time I ordered catering they didn't bring any utensils, plates, or the racks/burners despite me specifically requesting them when I placed the order (I know they have an extra charge which I was fine paying for). Instead they show up 30 min before my 50 person event with only the food....I told the delivery person whom pretty much gave an attitude like he didn't care just saying "it's not in the order". I repeated that I specifically asked for them and I've never had a problem before as a regular customer including ordering catering. Thus I know how this is supposed to work. I was even charged for trays/burners (which they never provided)! - If for some reason they couldn't do it this time they should've told me in advance instead of forcing me to scramble at the last minute to handle. I contacted them afterwards and got zero response. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER return and I've told several friends about this experience since I always get asked "where did you cater the food from" - you've been warned! I would not recommend them. I'm so disappointed and they left me feeling like they don't care about losing customers

My god this place is so good. Meat was tender and juicy, salad and fries everything was so good will definitely comeback
The food was terrific, once you got it... there is little sense urgency... should a gyros and fries take 20+ minutes?!+ and I was not the only one frustrated with the wait... if you know the menu, call ahead and give yourself some time.I had the traditional.Gyros with extra onions and Tzatziki plus a side of fries... like I remember from Greek Town in Chicago.The food is good, they're busy, but need someone to expedite small orders to help get them in and out...
Food was excellent, came out super quickly, staff very pleasant. Gyros were the best I've had .the tzeki sauce was amazing! Loved the Greek fries came out hot great job!! No room for dessert.Added as one of my favorites..

The rest of their menu looks delicious too, but at The Great Greek, my family always get the same thing: Gyros (the big ones, with all the stuff in them - my husband and sons get the beef & lamb; I get the chicken), feta fries (whomever thought up putting feta cheese on fries and letting it melt is brilliant), and of course who can leave The Great Greek without baklava for dessert YUM!I usually swing by their Blue Diamond location for Take-Out on my way back to Pahrump from Vegas, but most recently, was closer to their Craig location. I’m pleased to say that their food is just as good, and it was great to find that consistency.Gosh - just thinking about that place has got me looking forward to the next chance to swing by!Pro Tip: Ask for extra cucumbers if you decide to try the chicken gyro. I did, and I was not sorry. ?

The food here is vary tasty the chefs and the staff are so sweet they really try to accommodate you. I had a delicious salmon over salad. I requested no salt they didn't put any salt on my food awesome job!!
Best Greek I’ve had in Vegas for fast pickup and an epic lunch! Highly recommend!!
I LOVE the Food but I have to take 2 stars away IF you use PostMates for Prepay Pickup. All 3 times my food has been at least 15 minutes late although the Notification said it was Ready. Efficiency needs to happen at the Pick up area…Please and Thank You
