Needed a last minute cake and Pamela got it done. Everyone at our party was talking about how much they loved the funfetti cake and the gluten free cupcakes were AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend
butter cream and cream cheese frosting are both so good, and the lady working there was so nice!! the lavender cupcake was my favorite and the carrot cake is a classic will definitely be going back??
Not only are the cupcakes are the best, they make the best cakes. For most places, the frosting is the highlight, here the cake is so good you almost forget about the frosting. It's the only place I will go!
We’ve only loved the place and their cupcakes, even though, the place itself has changed a lot, the cupcakes seemed smaller in size, the boxing, the bags looking cheaper now. But the worst part, was the girl in the front, looks so unkept, and has no manners whatsoever. It’s all written on her face ‘RUDE’. Bad customer service, it’s bad for business.
If you're wanting fresh gluten free cupcakes this is not the spot. Expect them to come frozen with fresh toppings. Excuse for frozen cake was 'to avoid cross contamination'Plenty of other ways to avoid gluten getting onto allergy sensitive items. For 4$ a cake I could have just gone to the store but hey, trying to keep business open after shutdown right? Hope to see better
Got cupcakes in a bad box that wouldn't hold the cupcakes and they all got smashed. The manager refused to acknowledge their mistake and give me a refund.
Did a quick search for cupcakes this little place came up right next to Red Robin. They had variety of cupcakes. The ones I got were Birthday cake, carrot, red velvet, chocolate, and one called cookies and cream freckles. Good for the ride back home to LA. Check them out whenever you come to Vegas.
3 weeks ago I placed an order over the phone, with the manager, and paid for it in full. Everything went smooth, until I went to pick it up on scheduled date and time, it was not done. The order wasn't even put in. I showed the employee in the store the entire text conversation between me and the manager, along with my texted receipt. She scrambled to get my order done while I waited in my car for an hour and a half. I was not showing up to my grandson's 1st birthday without the cake. The cake pops were perfect, the smash cake looked great, but icing was so thick, just as much icing as there was cake.
I recommend trying the coconut cake. They also offer gluten free options that are yummy!
I unfortunately didn’t get to try their cupcakes because I was given a number to text for a costume cupcake order and was never contacted again. I texted twice and called four times to try to place an order for a friends graduation. Over the course of three days. They never got back to me. No text. No call. Super unprofessional. Definitely won’t be using them again and don’t recommend you do unless you want to be blown off. Better off going to Freeds!
