I Went inside thinking it will be just in n out since I always get large hot black coffee, but oh boy I waited n I had to ask them again for my coffee. A lady came in 5 minutes after me and got her mix drink n muffin and was surprised how fast she was served. Btw I was the only one waiting. I drink two cups of coffee everyday n I guess it’s time to go back to Starbucks. The other thing I don’t like is the stare they give me like I don’t belong there or they are surprised to see someone like me drinking coffee. I’m from where coffee was discovered n I appreciate a good coffee. They were four ladies working, No apology what so ever. I always tip well too.
Actually I would like to give more stars, however, I was meeting a couple of people there to discuss my mom's memorial. When I went to sit down every table & every chair was dirty! I had to pull wet wipes out and clean the table and chairs. The whole time the young ladies behind the counter were just talking & laughing (loudly) amongst each other (no customers). When my niece and the pastor arrived they ordered their drinks and we sat down to discuss the service we were planning. Unfortunately at times I could barely hear him because they were so loud (goofing around). I don't have anything against relaxing while you can & talking with each other about whatever. When there are customers in the establishment I think a little consideration would be appreciated. 2 stars & that's for the drinks. Thank you
Great coffee, but this one is a bit slower than some of the other ones in town.
Every time I come, the entire team is always a pleasure! Everyone is friendly, and extremely personable. This location is always busy, but they ALWAYS have a sense of urgency which gets you through the line with your coffee in no time! I also appreciate that their drinks are always consistent. It is the same quality when their GM makes it, and when the newest employee makes it. I love it here.
I wish there were more locations in Las vegas! I drive 15 mins to get here and its so worth it! They have the best lattes and I love the ice they use in there iced drinks. So good!!
I, Peter was visiting your store in-person and was wrongfully accused on 03/30/22 of stealing by a CB employee /rep for taking from the customer top without paying. I paid for my coffee and cookie in-full using my bank card. I was accused by rep for taking something that wasn't mine when I previously paid for it. Not goid business tactics. I will be telling my colleagues and friends at The Meeting Space next door not to visit or use your coffee facility because of the rude, wrongfully accused acquisitions.
It was a cold March morning and my balls were shivering. I was walking across the street when a hoodlum walked next to me with a cup labeled coffee bean and tea leaf on it. So I went up to him and said hey baby girl where did you get that coffee from and then he said meet me in the back alley and you can work that thang for this coffee. So bb girl and I went behind the alley way I shook my thang and he gave me his coffee. When I received the coffee it had a lot of backwash in it but it created extra flavor in it so I enjoyed it a lot. But anyways when I was drinking it I was like dam girrrl who made this dam coffee this be hitting different. This slaps harder than my mom. So I jiggled my thang into this coffee bean and tea leaf building and was greeted by a midget named Nyah. I was very confused when I walked in and heard someone talking because I couldn’t see anyone over the counter so I looked below and I saw this 4’2 4 eyed girl talking to me. So I said hey what was this coffee and she said it was a large caramel latte. So I ordered one and it came very fast and it was so good uhhhh. I left that Nyah girl a tip and decided to award her with her amazing customer service and give her a step ladder so her customers could finally see her. I felt bad for that short little girl. It must suck not being able to ride on any rides at Disneyland and not be able to reach the top shelf.But anyways great customer service and I’ll definitely be coming back.
Great location was very clean and the staff was well trained. There was a misunderstanding when ordering the girl had no issue remaking the drink. Both mine and my mother's drinks were delicious :)
This is a very good and fast coffee place. Good for lattes, food, and a lot more. My personal favorite thing here is the caramel latte, hot. I prefer this underrated place than starbucks.
My daughter prefers them over other places, she loves their Malibu dream.. Gotta admit it's pretty tasty.
