I used to love this place. Sometime last year I went and my coffee was really grainy, so drove back and asked if I could get a new one. They ended up remaking it for me twice, and it was still super grainy. I ended up just taking it that last time, it was less grainy than the other ones. I decided to go again about a week ago, after about a year of not going. And it was the same issue. Grainy iced coffee. Idk what they changed but it didn't used to be like that. The grainy-ness of it is almost like sugar chunks that won't dissolve. It makes me really sad, I loved this coffee chain so much.. maybe try again in another year
I love this place. The store is extremely clean and organized. They have nice outside patio area and they have drive-thru as well. Great customer service experience from the staff.I love their lattes, they are always so tasty and not to sweet nor to bitter either, just perfect!My favorite is hazelnut latte with oat milk . Highly recommended!Delicious drinks, quick service and overall great coffee shop!
Not sure why I keep torturing myself by coming to this location (other than proximity & general love for CB). If they aren’t giving me smalls when I pay for larges (12 oz is not the same as 20 oz) and not addressing it when corporate claims to have reached out to them (filled out website forms as requested both times), and ignoring the light ice request and adding the actual flavoring…. It’s making it super hard to keep tipping, let alone returning. I live closest to this one but the one in Summerlin proper- weird drive thru setup and all- hires people that actually listen and care about their jobs. It really isn’t difficult to make a proper drink at a chain. You aren’t handcrafting from the bottom up. At least the size was correct this time but I figure there’s no way they can try to deceive if I just give in and spring for the 32 oz size. The gentlemen who are sometimes in the drive thru (weren’t any of the disastrous times) are both friendly and seem to care.
Fair rating because the coffee drinks and customer service was excellent but sadly the food is not what you want here. We came by drive thru and ordered the breakfast burrito and turkey and Chipotle sandwich with two americanos Hazelnut and dark chocolate (very good and hot). The green salsa was spoiled and burrito old and stuck to the wrapping. Sandwich with hard bread and just overall not edible. We recieved a refund and free drinks which was appreciated. They offer a veteran discount but only one one item and on the cheapest item 10% meh. Origianlly spent 26 bucks.
Went here 5 times when I was in Las Vegas. Great coffee. They had heavy cream. Easy parking.
I had a cold brew. It was just pure sugar with cream. Whatever happened to coffee... I guess people only like coffee flavored things. If you enjoy that, this is your place. Certainly not for me.
good tasting coffee! They have a drive through and in-door and outside seating areas. Started out 5 star but lately inconsistent price has become an issue. I always order the same drink and the past three times I was charged three different totals. I asked the kid behind the counter why it has been so inconsistent and he said I was charged extra .80 for cream. head slap ummm okay. I always want to leave a cash tip of some sort but not when I'm being nickel and dime-d out of coffee condiments. .10 for a sugar packet, What next? Used to be you could put your own stuff in your coffee, can we bring that back???
