Been looking forward to checking this place out since I pass by it all the time. Nice dinning room with fun quotes and very nice service. Stopped in on a Saturday evening for dinner and no one else was in the dinning room. This place was WAY over priced and everything is extra, including ranch. The chicken was the driest I have ever experienced and the fries were overbearing with salt. For one adult meal and one kids meal the total came out to over $20. I can go to plenty of places and get two adult meals for that. Very disappointed!
Logan ( Cashier) gave amazing customer service gave me suggestion not just on the food but on witch sauces to choose and I was NOT disappointed Koren BBQ is by far favorite!Thank you chicken shack I'll be back for seconds! ?
The chicken fingers were delicious! I got a side of spicy ranch, and it was the perfect dipping sauce for both the chicken and the fries. Great food, priced right for the large portions. Will definitely be back again.
New owners....don't honor old coupons even though they are dated 3/15. Ordered food anyway....waited 15 min for my food to sit on the counter and get cold. Then they wanted to give it to me like it was fresh!!!!! No thanks!!!!!et cold
Great as always, super friendly people and clean establishment.Update: smiths had chicken shack coupons on their receipt. Tried to use one today from a purchase this morning snd chicken shack doesnt accept the coupons anymore. Food was still on point and amazing, worth the $ even without coupon. They should jave smiths stop printing them though.
The Crispy Chicken Salads were awesome & so were the Fries & they were generous with the yummiest of Ranch ☆☆☆Yes, there was a wait for our food BECAUSE they make it fresh ☆The restaurant was clean n the staff were all masked☆There were others inside eating & others coming n going. ... we didn't stay only because they don't serve Coke products.Good Eats ?
The Chicken doesn't even taste Cooked it taste raw for some reason I dunno if theses workers are not cooking them long enough for them to serve
Chicken shack goin down hill. Nasty fries now. The guy taking the order doesn't listen. Been going there for years cause it was good. Went tonight and it wasn't. Their new fries are just like every other chicken place, not good. You made your business on quality and repeat business. I guess big time has a price.
They dont have mash potatoes or mac and cheese. A must at fried chicken place.
Used to be a great spot. Decent food, but turnover is causing quality issues. Simple requests are handled inconsistently from one visit to the next. The current staff lack the same level of customer service skills.
